I was excited at first, but now I have realised it is lacking the awesome factor that is Steven Seagal. It isn't even based on it

I wonder if there will be some copyright malarky going on

lol, nah Ginger Lord, this game has nothing to do with the movie "Under Siege" . And yeah, all the legal terms have obviously been taken care of before the project announcement.

    That does look rather beautiful.

Surely the development is done with a PS3 dev kit, e-freak?

Thanks guys! Don't get people confused tho, this is not CryEngine2. it's a heavily modified version of PhyreEngine! But damn, comparing it to such top-notch tech, It's a honor already!

lol Warby, Actually It's kind of the reverse! I placed a lot of stuff I learn't with Crysis modding on this game! (Like how decent vegetation should be modeled and textured, terrain textures, terrain modeling, etc, etc)

Looks really good. I like PSN, it definitely goes the quality over quantity approach. If it didn't take them a good 6 months to add otherwise worldwide Capcom releases to the EU PSN store I'd be rooting for it even more.

The scale and blur make it look like I'm looking at miniatures, instead of regular sized things from high up. Is that intentional?

You can tell that HP had something to do with this since there's that 10pix frame around the pictures.

    Hey lads.

Check out our first trailer, and a few new screenshots in our dev diary: http://dev.undersiegegame.com/

I am happy to see this project as it is, we are a very small team, and seeing this project almost finished is a great relief! In the trailer you can see 2 themes, mountain and swamp. There's 3 more themes that were not yet shown to the public!

I'm leaving Seed Studios in the end of the month, with basicaly most of the environments finished so I kind of feel I did my part in this, enjoy the shots and the vid guys.
