When Portal meets Mirrors Edges

Looks good, but gameplay was not really impressive. Was more boring, really

Just begging for a 3D skybox or something — looks like some buildings floating in the middle of nowhere. The lighting is nowhere near as dreamy as the inspiration either.

Not a bad stab I guess. Just could be so much more. Should have spent more time on it.

looks like it needs custom materials and some more HDR. plus the music would have been a massive change to the atmosphere.

Interesting I suppose but if anything this shows the games are clearly different, despite both being first person puzzler type games. And that's a good thing, imo. Portal is awesome. Hopefully M.E. will be awesome but different ...which it obviously feels like it will be :duh:

Suprisingly, that looked alright. better than I was expecting.

That had so much potential and delivered so little.
