Where? It's 20 dollars on Steam.

Pretty much any shop's budget shelf, probably. eBay and some other places on Froogle are full of cheap copies, too.

Going into an actual shop is one of the few times where it's usually superior to buying online. They can afford to just keep them around at relatively high prices indefinitely on places like Steam, while in shops they'll practically give them away just to get them out the building.
