Just got myself a cool 22" lcd monitor, it's not the prettiest but its performance is far better from similarly priced ones

After reading a thousand reviews on which pc monitors who are the best (I needed something affordable and great, after my 1k$ 24" dell monitor got ruined), then Samsung syncmaster received great reviews everywhere. After about 6 months use I gotta say that I think Samsung bought and paid for every single review.
Benq 24" ftw next time, got one at work and its superb for the price its beeing sold at.

I have two Samsung T190 here at the office. Image quality is damn good but their weird touch sensible power off button turns the monitor off every now and then... It happens in a daily basis to another 2 people here so I'm not sure if it's a faulty batch, a design problem or just bad luck

I´m glad the one I got at home has an old fashioned power off button and won´t turn off in the middle of a mapwars playtest

Of course they are supplied unpainted and in plastic sprues, but it's going to be the start of my little necron army.

i've had a syncmaster 913 for years and i'm thinking about getting another... they should be cheap by now. or alternatively an lg since my lg lcd tv is awesome.

looks good, though i think 24" will be too big for me. it's also a bit more expensive than a similar lg model. you should perhaps check out these before you order, if only for comparison.
i'm looking at the 20-22" range at the moment at that same site, it's a hard choice.

Having 2x22", that's really better than a single 24"

Kudos on the choice of army. It's gonna be a bumpy ride though
But most definitely enjoyable. -
Bah nuts to necrons. I'm gonna purge your heretic ass with my holy bolter. Nah good luck with your army. Keep that paint thinned down!

Thanks guys.
I really choose Necrons because it's my favorite race in Dawn of War and they are cheap to collect. I'll make cheap conversions of regular Necron Warriors into Immortals and Flayed Ones like below and build my own Monolith from scratch.
[Blocked Image: http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b183/Arhurt/Random%20Stuff/Necron005.jpg]
With 2 of the Necron Battleforces I'll eventually purchase I'll be able to have 30 warriors, 13 Immortals and 13 Flayed Ones, plus the 14 scarabs and 6 destroyers for a cheap U$120 (since I already have all the hobby tools and paints). Add in a Lord on foot and a Lord with Destroyer body with the scratchbuilt Monolith and I have a 2000pt army under U$ 160,00. With bitz I have and magnets I can easily make my 6 destroyers with swappable weapons so that I can field 3 regular and 3 heavy ones.
I can then purchase Tomb Spiders, Wraiths and Pariahs in the long run and not hurt my wallet too much.
