How do you go around with a huge hole in your back without like dying or something.

Got up at 6:45am, my usual work time, rolled into work at 7:30 soaking wet. I live 20 meters away from work, thats how much it was raining. Loaded the trucks up with all the hedge cutting gear we needed and rolled off down the road into the thunderstorm. Proceeded to work in thunderstorm for next 3 hours, then another 5 in torrential rain.

I am wet, tired and hungry now.

Sounds like the worst job ever.

Repeated today, except the 5 hours in torrential rain was replaced by 5 hours in direct sunlight with no shade.

Why do you do such a hard job?

It's not really that hard once you get used to it. I work for a small landscape gardening company (I make up 1/4 of the company..) and the pay is pretty good, doubles as exercise plus the sense of achievement is great. I couldn't stand working for somewhere like Tesco to make ends meet.

Anyway it pays the bills (and a lot more) till I get my portfolio sorted out and use my degree for stuff.

got out of bed on 0545 and rode to the other side of my country to dismantle a grainsilo (17 by 23 feet) and transport it backto the other side of my country. was a long day but i enjoyed it, since i was with friends and i got to drive a forklift

when i got home i replaced my athlon 3200+ with an athlon 4000+ and made some phonecalls and replaced my very broken keyboard with my broken keyboard

my day was good, and still is.

I woke up, ate köttbullar med rice and then listen to some music.

Unfortunately, one of my speaker stopped working and now I conclude that I can do concerning this disagreeable issue.

Woke up, spent a few hours setting up some drumkits, did a few lessons, got an email asking me back for a second interview with bizarre creations, played games and about to sleep!

if im going to post these once a year im posting about more than a day!

so im on summer break, working 5 days a week, work is real slow at the restaurant because its a seasonal thing. 2 weeks ago the general manager cut my two best shifts from me which really upset me.

i went to see stone temple pilots last wednesday and then peter frampton and jethro tull last friday which was cool.

on monday i stayed late at work with a few people and drank a lil at the bar. on tuesday we all went to the beach together. i gave blood after.

wednesday i went to work at 5:45. it was immediately very busy and the chef was a giant douche on top of already being a giant douche like always. he was so douchy one of the servers walked out. so...three of us had to handle the whole floor. i was rocking 6 tables the whole night and made a good amount of money. midway through the night the girl who left's uncle came in and yelled at the chef and it was one of the greatest things ever.

one of the girls we work with was a guest bartender at some nearby bar so probably 12-13 people that we work with all went to the place after work. we had a good time, i was cranky because i worked all day and didn't really eat and the bar's cook left. so after giving a pint of blood the previous day, eating next to nothing, and drinking a whole lot i got pretty drunk. come leaving time everyone piled into one car and two of us were somewhat stranded. all we got was "take a cab, there's a cab place at the train station" (across the street). there wasn't. they didn't wait. so...the two of us walked like a mile completely drunk while i sent some angry text messages to the people in the car. the other kids sister picked us up, we stopped at burger king and i was dropped off at home. i put the bk down, puked, and went to sleep. i attempted to taste the burger today and puked some more.

oh and i'm going away to school for the first time in less than two weeks and told my manager i'm done there on wednesday. fuck you shift thief.
