I am unfortunately needing to be afk for a few days and the radgen radar will have to wait

It has been brought to my attention that I am too far into development not to be using a custom radgen radar so expect one by the next workshop upload (by the playtest on the 29th at Mapink)

Most recent update has added the new Construction area, tweaked timings slightly, and introduced more of the architecture to the level. Once all of the walls have been built I'll be uploading this to the workshop. See you there!
