I want to report that in this video you can see my progress in 30 days of development. Also, I shoot everything as it really is, I do not hide anything and do not show only the best moments.

I like this stuff, gl to everyone!!

• new movement system
• added new animations (Thanks to Evil)
• added energy system
• added breathing effect
• added footstep and breathing sound effects

Very nice!

New WIPS added more foliage

Darechom - you have one life to survive. This version is mix of simulator, rpg, horror survival, pazzles etc. I was working on it from 2012 to 2013/2014 year. All assets were custom, 3D and 2D content, size of the map ~100mb, on that time it was very big data file (for example dota size 7-8mb).

Spoiler

Darechom is an upcoming survival simulator re-make of my old mod Darechom (Warcraft 3 2012-2013 y.) on Source 2, that combines best of survival, rpg elements, character customization, crafting, events and realistic world.

I'm working alone on this game, so anny support will be mega cool! The game is a work in progress and is subject to change.

WIPS:

001 (2015 - 2017)was working on 3D and 2D content for Darechom, first WIP public video:

002 (11/5/2020) I decided to resume working on Source 2 version of Darechom, from that date I'm working full time on it and even more.

Ohh 5 mb file limit, other screenshots you can find on my AT submitted work - Artstation

Thanks guys, somewhere geometry is ported + edited and somewhere re-created,

some facts:

you can easealy (x4 faster than in the Source 1 Hammer) make your own as I do, in this case no sence to make another bicycle. Anyway I plan to make 1st map in the Source 2

you can port any geometry from a vmap to source 2 hammer

sadly this is not 100% coppy of the dust_2, some parts of the level were changed due to isometric view for example scale of objects, hidden parts etc., but also we have some pluses from top-dawn camera, for example we can see roofs, and other top parts

Thanks man! 2-3 days and that's it

80-90% completed, soon I will upload final map on AT

Oh damn, another year gone.. Jesus lost my motivation again, and again i've changed the art style to Low Poly - how it was year ago -

Maybe I just misunderstood what you mean.

Regarding the environment, I was looking at it yday and I like it, LOTR vibes for me. My critique is they look a bit repetitive because of the assets used multiple times and rooms seem very symmetrical. My eyes were particularly lingering on those missing stones in the wall right where stairs are, which seems unrealistic. Most importantly I think the lighting could be improved, as it strengthens the feeling of symmetry and sameness. Some lights should be off, and there should be a noticeable colour accent (think of blorange). Otherwise good execution ??

sounds right, thanks man

the point of unity pro only for Dark UI, don't like silver mehhh

What is it for? Will you be making a game out of that?

thanks man, no it's just for showcase, i wanted to show the process of making level scenes as art on the video - that was a main point, on game scene. Also don't know i think in the Unity pro i will have black interface for 125$ per month and it will be better than now with silver unities interface

Hi, guys let me show you the simple level scenes created in the Unity

Asset used - SyntysStudio Dungeon
