Is there any possibility to use in a custom .nav file, custom location names? I'm asking that because whenever i want to use a location name other than the ones included in the official list, the console says "ambiguous" .

    No custom place names unfortunately.

I wouldn't worry about what settings other players use. Let's be honest, a lot of CS:GO players run everything on low for less noise/visual clutter. Your visuals will still benefit from making higher res textures and going down on the texture scale in hammer. The only real issue is map weight.

Valve uses 2048 textures with a texture scale of 0.125 in hammer in the remake of nuke. The regular texture scale of 0.25 means 4 pixels of texture per hammer unit, while 0.125 doubles that. Unlike goldsrc there's hardly any performance impact in doing this. 2048 textures obviously weigh a lot more so there's that, but downscaling looks a lot better. I would go ahead and make 2048 textures, that's what I'm doing for large surfaces.

    Ugh, Volskaya ?

I'd be fine playing nothing but Dorado. I'd be the equivalent of a d2-global on that map.

Map picker is #1 on my Overwatch wishlist.

Glitches happen, and Valve continues to push updates on fridays before hitting the commute home for the weekend. But what do I know, I'm not a dev. :D

So in the new update we can solo jump into vent from checkers on cache, among other ridiculous things. Genji confirmed? I'm not surprised anymore after playing this franchise for 17 years.

I'm not an anime guy. I haven't watched anime since I was a teenager (a long, long time ago). But I gave FFXV: Brotherhood a shot and I liked it! The final part will be on twitch tonight at 8 PDT. It's a good watch if you're hyped about the game, I enjoyed getting som background on the protagonists.

Yeah Blood Omen is all about the events that lead up to Soul Reaver, given that you follow through on the canon ending (there's two). Simon Templemans narrative as Kain was awesome, and let's be real, Kain is the most interesting character in the series.

I think a lot of it boils down to how the early 3D games just couldn't portray powerful visuals and gameplay. Blood Omen, Diablo 2 and Castlevania IV are perfect examples where everything felt tight (to me). Early 3D games like Soul Reaver and Castlevania 64 just couldn't suck me in.

They really amped up the reward requirements. GM required for 3k points? Like holy shit, I was expecting 3k entry at diamond. Still think they could do something more interesting than golden guns honestly, like player icons or something that's account specific.

Hit diamond last night, but it was a bit of a grind. Ranks are still very compressed, though not as bad as before. Most games are still stomps either way. Seems as if bronze and silver is hardly even utilized yet.
