We'll see how things develop and if I find someone to team up with me later on. As much as I'd like to be focusing on this 100% from the start, I'm concentrating on finishing my portfolio atm. What I'd like to do by the end of summer is to have a proper tested blockout and narrow down the scope of the project to something manageable (ideal situation I'd have a rough first art pass with stock and placeholder).
Edit* I'm happy to see the mood board idea is catching on to several other projects. Highly recommend to stick to it through development.

Come on, Remedy! I hope this one is in the same league as Alan Wake or Max Payne

That's right, Mexico. Don't have a map name yet, but I do have a mood board:

"Starbreeze has announced it is making changes to its business in order to reduce costs -- but this will involve dismissing a quarter of its staff.
Of the 240 staff currently employed across the Starbreeze group, approximately 60 are expected to be effected with the layoffs to be complete by November."

"Ubisoft has confirmed that Watch Dogs Legion is real, and the sequel is set in London's near-future. This official confirmation comes right off the tail-end of yesterday's Amazon listing leak, which exposed the game's existence, name, and setting before Ubisoft could unveil it to the world first at next week's E3.
It's long been rumored that a third Watch Dogs has been in development, with a small but compelling paper trail and slight hints from Ubisoft itself, fueling the speculative fire. After Amazon UK accidentally spilled the baked beans ahead of Ubisoft's E3 2019 presser, it was made known that Watch Dogs' next cyber crime spree will be set in London. Playing with the sensitive subjects of worsening mass surveillance and life after Brexit, Watch Dogs Legion will be giving the UK capital the same highly attentive treatment that San Francisco and Chicago received before it."

Different skill levels, maybe no prior experience with level design. It takes time, especially in the beginning.
@Chaplin.be just from the screenshots alone, I can tell you that it's too dark. You need to improve visibility before you can expect people to check out the map properly. You should also post an image overview of the level. Most of the times, you can get quick feedback from people solely based on that.
What settings are you using for the light_environment?

If you want a safe number, try to stick to something between 1600-1900 hammer units.
