22 really isn't too old. Remember that most university graduates will be only 21 or 22. I got my first dev job at 22 (junior role) and you'll find you're probably the youngest person in your studio at that age.

I just bought the April edition as I couldn't find the results posted anywhere public.
Just made an imgur gallery for anyone interested:

Watched Iron Man 3 last night. Was pretty cool, some really nice CGI.
A fair amount of ridiculous stuff too, but it's a comic book action film so who cares?
Quotedat fire breathing guy wtf
Not worth sticking around for after the credits.

Quote from Thrik
Just seems kind of redundant when LinkedIn offers virtually the same service but is a lot better and has infinitely more people already on it. As has been said many times (particularly about Google+): the best social network is the one people you know are actually using.
I vaguely recall another site trying to do exactly the same thing some years ago, which predictably I've never come across again.
I think it was supposed to be a tighter community site for games industry specifically but it ended up being just another place for recruiters to add every single person in the industry.
I joined one years ago which seemed cool for a little while called Playfire which allowed you to add a list of games you owned, rate them and give them reviews. It gave you a score based on how many ratings, reviews etc you'd given for games. Like a trip advisor for games I guess.
The only social networks I use are Facebook and LinkedIn. I'd love Google+ to be huge but it won't happen while Facebook exists.

Are these for a level design or environment art reel? Instead of having a flying camera, why not show you running around in the level? Always much better to show something playable.
If it's for a level design reel, show some game play in your scenes.
I'd also echo JeanPaul's comments about them being quite bare. Your first scene in particular is quite plain but I get the feeling that's what you were going for with that. Also in your first scene, right at the end your camera looks over the fence and out of the main scene in to a large flat area which seems odd. What is out there, why is the fence there? What is it keeping out/in?
Also in your first scene ask yourself questions about how your environments would work practically as a level, such as 'how would someone get up to the house on top of the rock in the middle' and then try to show that. Maybe a small mechanical platform on the outside of the rock?

I joined like 2 years ago when it first launched and had no one on it. It seemed pretty pointless and still does, haven't used it since. As far as 'professional' networks go I only use LinkedIn.

Looks amazing. Do want.

Ask your programmer which he'd prefer to use. You'll save yourself a lot of trouble down the line. Your level designer should deal with it and be able to design with either really, it'll massively benefit him to know both tools anyway. Unity can also do basic geometry and you can do some nice prototyping (BSP) if you buy probuilder (which is awesome).
I'd recommend Unity for a small team, I've been using it and love it more and more every day. Unity also has some great add ons you can buy that'll save you a ton of time.
Unless you're only using really simple geometry for your game, you'll want to do your modelling in a 3D package like Max or Maya.

Saw Oblivion at the cinema last night. Better than I expected and nice CGI. Shit ending.
