I can’t imagine you not managing getting an env-artist role when you start applying. The problem might lie in your ability to relocate, but many smaller indie are looking for remote workers, so you should definitely look into that. @FMPONE think is a bit confusing without numbers (eg Portal 2) also the time frame chosen, Nintendo starts from 2004, Valve 2007. Not saying is an unfair comparison but would make more sense to go from same year for both.

Netflix in the press release says “the characters will live on” so there’s speculation that Disney will have them pop up in other shows they are putting on the calendar for the Disney+ service.

im not too worried but lots of people complain about pixelation. I wonder if YouTube compression ruined the trailer launch or really needs to be turned down a bit (although from what I understand is not a filter but there’s a whole pipeline for creating the assets so that would mean redo pretty much everything).

i think my most grief with the hud is the big ass crosshairs for the shotgun, makes me hope the crosshair will be customisable and that I can just stick to a simple circle for everything.

Yeah but not using a screenshot you would be editing blindly, how could you achieve something that looks good?

I think I’ve understood the process but I feel for best clarity one-two more screens of the process are needed.

Also, I never got this far into a map development, so are the adjustments to be done multiple time, read: you have multiple colour correction entities in a map? (I thought that it would be possible to enhance for eg outside-inside contrast in colour temperature etc).

I’m not sure I understand, is the LUT meant to disappear during editing to give proper colour balance, or is it gonna be modified by the adjustment layers and you save that result?

Doing well at box office is a different thing from being a good movie. DC will keep doing movies, despite what we got after Nolan was shit apart from Womder Woman.

i do get what you say about new generation but I’m not completely sold on the fact that traditional animation can’t be enjoyed by them.
