i was really looking forward to this, until the recent cockups from T2/2K harassing fans and their families.
I’ll get it used for PS4 so they don’t get a dime

This is brilliant. You look at it and you just think these are illustrations for a brochure or something, then you scroll, you scroll and...

Tall girls don’t get laid, they even done a Netflix TV show about it now ?

hey looks like Valve is challenged by/in France also on the matter of loot boxes, they released an update called “x-ray” that allows players to see the content of the box before buying. There’s a catch of course…

What do you mean with “IW” map?
I was hoping for a cleaner look. I think is possible to do a cleaner despite going for an “overgrown” look.
I’m kinda sad the building in A is gone, I liked the idea of the rounded wall in the early tests, with all difficulties it would entail. Looks very empty now.
For the boosts in B, I noticed the lamp one being checked during the game, not sure the other one… I feel they are redundant, CT already have the advantage as they see the Ts and can shoot first. Especially the boost back of B, getting in you have to check headshot and the boost.
Never updated the topic, the movie is soon out and everybody seems to recognise it as great, it received 8 min of standing ovation at the Venice Film Festival...
Finally WB has responded by banning all the journalists from the red carpet ?

“A lot has been said about Joker, and we just feel it’s time for people to see the film,” a studio spokesperson said.
GG @FMPONE
@Interfearance just saying they could be more creative with the writing.
Although I’d be happy enough if they just avoided cringe worthy content for the sake of equality

Really wish that it got more of a Sicario or Zero Dark Thirty vibe, just a bit more raw "edge" with less clichées.
Yeah, I know, I'm being difficult.
Agreed, I watched last night Hunter-Killer and when it got to the spec ops team I thought “hey this is very COD”…
They’ve been boxed in the same formula for a very long time.

I heard about it today en passing, didn’t research tho.
i understand is an entire multiplayer mode that will get one-year PS4 exclusive (which basically means nobody else will ever play it).
It’s disgusting, I wonder if customer indignation can change this one.
Personally, I’m pretty much only interested in the SP in COD.

It's a bit concerning just how much info he was able to extract from his sources. When I saw the trailer, all the details, the characters, the villains, the locations etc were just as he said. It's not a simple case of sharing a one time leak occurrence either. I'm not entirely sure, but from some of his videos he made it sound like he was in direct contact with some of the people that leaked the information. While he wasn't directly responsible for the said leaks, he did share a lot of info that was not approved by 2K and Gearbox way ahead of their announcement. And there is also the question of would the leaks have continued if he hadn't been talking to whomever to try to scoup more info? It's understandable that the companies would take action against him and the people responsible for the leaks. I'm sorry, but I don't see him as being a victim in this scenario.
Sorry for the OT, but I think this latest exploit in 2K being disgustingly creepy and playing out of bounds deserves to be mentioned: they (fucking!) harassed the mom of a modder!

"They done shady stuff getting my private info and contacted my family. I've been contacting people to spread word. I'm not letting them them bully me and keep my mouth shut. I complied and stopped progress but hopefully I can sort out this."

Then this could get adopted by other countries and become the new standard over time... and no, there's no going against the law
Sadly I think this battle will be hard to fight because this thing going through will likely be seen as beneficial by a lot of gamers.
Wut I can get my new games for like half the price??? Sign me the f*** in!!
Even if it's just in France at first, you can bet your *** people are gonna VPN there with a fake IP address just to save a few bucks. Some already do it with Australia to pick up games early at release day because of time zones...
Yes I know what you mean, I know this should then roll out to every store…
(otherwise [tinfoil hat on]Epic is paying this organisation to sue Steam[/tinfoil] lol)
but the argument is that the store has to provide a way to resell games… nothing says the developer has to sell used games. I’m talking here about nitpicking the sentences like layers like to do: a comma can change the meaning of a sentence.
They could argue they (Steam) are content providers, so they are not responsible of the functionality offer by what you sell (alike when they wanted to make ISPs responsible for policing the pirate content).
I don’t like DRMs but if something like this comes to pass I’d like devs to at least try, would be a nice FU.
Reading @MikeGon’s post yesterday made me think: hey, they want Steam to offer a second hand market, that doesn’t mean developers have to let that happen.
I mean, devs could DRM the hell out of their games, no? You check if is a different machine and a different Steam ID, and you don’t run the game in that case.
This just as a measure whilst GAAS systems are developed.
Pretty sure Just Cause 2/3 have towers like this, maybe look at some footage to get an idea of a simulation of behaviour.
