Not sure I’ll go back to BB again, it’s a massive undertaking and there’s so much stuff to watch, I mean big stuff like True Detective or The Wire which I’ve never touched yet.

It would be cool to have a map to the overlapping episodes, if what you said will happen (which makes lots of sense knowing those guys) and time the re-watching with the new season.

I’m about to complete The Outsider, and watching/listening to the filler Designated Survivor when I have to stay up and rock the baby to sleep for half hours ?

Interesting point. The WiFi signal is much different from cellular, the latter being more powerful. People don’t seem to be concerned to sleep next to a router so wonder how much an antenna onto your head would be different. That being said you could easily offset the antenna stealing it onto the back or something.

It does seem though that WiFi causes problems, I’ve heard directly of someone calling it “an allergy” and searching for info you find that

There’s the whole bunch of wearables that are being commercialised that I guess will tell us something about this, considering there are still smart glasses in development. There is already a cable free Oculus too.

i think is more likely they can get more power out of mobile chips and solve the wireless problem that way, than streaming from a PC. Although with all these streaming platforms you would think they would be able to do it already locally.

I remember seeing "wireless" setups with laptops strapped at the back.

Anyway @dux's problem with the cable could be possibly solved with a better cable, i'm thinking braided and stuff. I look just at my controllers, and how the old X360 cable doesn't tangle and doesn't deform, whist the Xbox One (for PC) is all ruined after much less use.

It requires extra investment but if one can have a room just for gaming, then maybe one can look at some swiveling arm so the cable hangs down from the ceiling. Maybe even a podcasting mic arm can be adapted for the use.

Haven't listened to this yet, but i think there might be some Crash fans around. This is 2hrs long!!!

Lots of things aren’t clear though, I wonder is this gonna be open to everyone to apply, cos it looks like they are trying to find AAA first parties to get exclusives on their platform and compete with Steam.

And I agree with you @blackdog about Better Call Saul; I also recommend you go back and re-watch Breaking Bad for a 2nd time after watching BCS: you will see BB from another perspective now that you know the backstories of most of the characters and how it led to the events of BB.

I would wait the end of BCS before seeing Breaking Bad again (although the temptation was there many times)… I haven’t investigated if this is the last BCS season or there’s more before the stories join up.

Anyway since we are talking about the genius of the show runners, in case people haven’t seen this analysis

First of all, from my quick skim none of them seems to be an epidemiologist – maybe I missed something. I can agree on some points, but then, like @RaVaGe says, I think to the 1000 deaths per day in my country. Or the 2 deaths per hour in New York.

Just in case was missed the dev insight on new demons.

Looking at the side by side comparisons I’m not that favourably impressed. Didn’t pay much attention to the Hugo video I guess, but lots of updates feel done for the sake of changing, look at those head plates on the Revenant, was much cooler in 2016. Feels like the time of the Doom/Quake clones (which were really mods/total conversions). I’d much rather see a consistency in the evolution, like the Mancubus face is completely different, is not the same demon anymore ?

I think I only tried the game in demo or free weekend, had terrible ping in EU plus the frame rate was bad on my laptop
