So after a Maltese platter, a pizza, and two bottles of wine, I had to clean up after my girlfriend sick. (The sink doesn't drain properly in the apartment we booked.)
I'm still up just in case she's sick again…

Well I expect the gameplay (controls) to be the same from GZ to TPP, that's why I see it as a tutorial.
Of course in the full game there's gonna be so much more…
Thought that Ground Zeroes was supposed to be the "tutorial" for TPP… I expect the gameplay to be close to MGS4 but with improvements to controls and UI due to evolution?
Im hoping is not clunky, will test soon enough GZ, and then decide to try TPP. Not before TPP goes to sale price though.
Quote from (HP)I agree, don't get the hate it's getting.
Cos like Ravage said previously, looks like a rip off of a rip off. There are at least like 3-4 games like this coming out?
Personally I dislike this "new" "genre" of FPS, I hate moba and this and the others just all look like moba in FPS salsa.
Plus like i said before, the lore is completely unexplored, don't see the reason of all that gravity and bionic enhancements for something like this, other than tease.
Enjoy playing it for those who like the genre
Oh no Jack why? It's always interesting the feedback of judges!
Missed you posted the gameplay, just got it linked on Skype.
More moba shit, can't say I'm impressed or interested.
Game title doesn't seem to mean anything, fancy sci-fi world lore doesn't mean anything… yawn
Definitely adding this to my list
Civil War's teams revealed by concept art
"Map has no finite ends"?
Sorry about the accident @Thrik, wish you and @leplubodeslapin to get well soon!
I said "sort of" ![]()
In the wiki says he's made/making a map for SuperHOT as well
This suggests "GOW with gravity manipulation" or "COD with gravity manipulation", depending if they go TPS or FPS… then like Friechamp said.
@AlexM don't think you can diss the guy like that, you like it or not GoW as been one of the most influential games of last decade basically.
He's also credited for stuff on Fat Princess, bulletstorm and Lost Planet, sort of a Romero for Epic
Yeah, I was quite excited when I heard about the retro compatibility feature, I was ready to look into turning my X360 into some shop for a discount on the One and still be able to finish all the games I haven't yet finished there. I'm probably gonna buy a TV sometime soon so that would make me go back to use the console… I haven't checked the GoW collection though, I'm still bitter I can't finish sting the first on PC though ? I was actually thinking of writing a(n open) letter to MS about it.
The old games and discount would give me the incentive to get a One while I wait for Quantum Break. Other games at the moment I can't think about, I'm super happy with my PC!
Same goes for the PS4 though, the unveil of Drake's collection, the early remaster of TLOU at the moment makes me a bit more keen on the Sony one.
I don't care if there are practical reasons for the terrible font choice: it's hurting eyes.
Thanks HP for those pointers, I know a couple of basic things like the original aspect of the character, always been fascinated by the saga, but never played.
Actually I tried MGS, the PC port, and abandoned it straight away, controls were unbearable after having played the first Splinter Cell.
I might watch the whole saga recap that has been linked above, to be seen if before or after playing Ground Zeroes which I bought when recently was discounted on Steam. Depending if I enjoy, I might get TPP (since the first gameplay made me think it's the ultimate espionage sandbox I was dreaming as a child)
Cool to get toys to play with for work
Ok so, as a non-PS owner whom MGS' trailers always sent shivers down, and from Snake Eater always tempted to get the platform… I think this trailer is really ugly.
Whats that shit Times-like font in the post credit scene? "Ultimate eVolution" as "evangelion, yes I ripped you off"?
And I'm ignorant in the evolution of Snake, I know there are many different Snakes (whhhhyyyy?!?!?! this always drew me crazy ?) seems like this spoils everything in terms of narrative??!!
The Italian review is apparently the lowest for now, at 8.8.
i've read the conclusions and honestly seems very motivated, and any score above that just fanboysm. Apparently there's an organic first part, and then a second that forces the player to repeat the same missions at higher difficulty.
I'd speculate that's because of the whole Konami going berserk.
Quote from DrywallDreamsIs it just me, or did everyone completely change opinion on this game?! It started as "it's decent for a launch game" and "it's kind of awful," now it's "it was so good!" Is this a Dark Souls situation?
never heard that was bad? Is it?? I remember only seeing the previews and trailers, then since was WiiU never bothered following.
There are a couple things that I remember (permadeath and loot retrieval) that I would put in my ideal zombie survival so I'm interested in seeing their take. Also I now live close to London so it's cool to play in places you know.
I'll wait a sale to buy it anyway, also I just got Mad Max (at -40%) ?
There are crazy discounts on Amazon UK for electronics this week, I'm really tempted. The other night I was this close to buy a Sony, I think this one.
Tried to look for reviews, found one that I believed to be of this model, than was a slightly different which bummed me as -like I said- it made me this close to click "buy" as they were giving a stellar review 9/10.

Is there any website that you know that sums up the best TVs around, seems like same vendors have a ton of variants, not just in size unfortunately.
I'm a bit weary as well cos just the other day I had the chance to wander around shops and in the tech section there were TV from Samsung, which I always kept in high regard, looked rubbish; but all TVs looked washed out and pixelated... dunno if I was too close because they had an awful spacing.
