Great! Start applying, I'm sure companies will be in contact. Good luck!

Unfortunately I played very little

Can only mention Doom from this year that I would award.
Probably Hitman deserves a mention for the courage taken in the publishing approach and post-release engagement.
For Indies I played SuperHot for rich I was incredibly hyped and didn't disappoint, hooking me for a while (but I was expecting to get back to it more).
Still have to play Inside and Firewatch.

Should I got see it? Contemplating going since we plans have changed.
I was thinking of watching all the star wars in timeline order to refresh my memory, since haven't seen those movies since I was a kid probably… (cos I got annoyed they aren't full blown sci-fi films).

Bravo @TheOnlyDoubleF! You chose to make the hard choice, it would be easy to be complacent and sit there. I'm sure you will find a fulfilling role to work in… if not you will create it for yourself

Only thing I'm not sure and that could make it harder… would you relocate abroad if necessary?

That's nothing @will2k lol
I'm basically a donor for game developers

I love the way Hugo Martin communicates

Ah shit is already out, was hoping to binge watch every star wars, since I haven't seen the last but it's now available on NowTV.
Could potentially watch the whole saga in timeline order rather than release!

Think you've taken the right choice @OrnateBaboon

Industrial theme has been done over so many times. It's good to see something fresh.
As per height variation yeah those raised trailers look a bit silly… and wouldn't help if they have those gaps underneath.
Like Roald said, I wonder if you can manager to put some convincing natural elevation, rocks, a small hill…
Anyway, is looking good. Hope it plays as well

Remember the early screens!
Like has been mentioned, the underground doesn't seem to fit. Reminds me quite much of the Italian coastal map you made. Same textures/just a placeholder?
Anyway for the rest is really cool, a novel theme! I can imagine the hurdles of what tends to be a flat map, it's something that prevented me to work on a map I've been thinking of, just can't see a way to create height variation

I don't understand what this is, from the screens send the same level from Valve(?).
-
I didn't know about the lighting improvements, so I was going to say that for sure CSGO has a better vis and handles props more efficiently

Not surprising that their own lighting is so taxing, they're engine base version is older than what CSGO started with I guess, and is stuff that in Valve they have decades of experience doing.

Still better than X-Men or Fantastic 4…

Where have you been in the last year lol? Have you seen Civil War? The bit of Spidey we got there was great, can't expect the movie to be any less.
Anyway it is a return to the comic canon on the most basic aspects, so from high school they'll go all the way to a more mature character. At least that's what they say, I don't read comics so I trust this guy.
My favourite Spiderman till now was Spiderman 2, but not thanks to Tobey, he has a face you really want to slap.External Content www.youtube.comContent embedded from external sources will not be displayed without your consent.Through the activation of external content, you agree that personal data may be transferred to third party platforms. Maybe I'm easily impressed, I grew up with this stuff ?

I think I understand what you mean @text_fish and completely agree on the concept. You reminded me of Q1 DM sessions, I remember you could find spots you could "camp" somewhat, you were looking for that tactical advantage: you know someone will come through here for that weapon after respawn so i can blast him.
I think was incredibly rewarding.

Speaking of photorealism, you seen what they are saying about the new GT, essentially going beyond photorealism because they are pushing HDR to levels that cameras can't capture.

Fucking A. That's probably why he got the part.
Also was said he got the audition because was filming a non-marvel movie with Hemsworth and asked to put a good word in.

Speaking of GoT, Emergency Awesome (YT) was reporting that George Martin is suggesting a crossover, as there could be different themes in the park…?
And in terms of longevity, the current GoT saga should end with season 9 but they are talking about prequel spin-off and I understand Martin himself said there's lots of material they can use.
@(HP) will surely keep watching and see if I get more into it. One problem is as well I tried to watch when too tired, like today with ep3 suring lunch break, I'm so tired I was falling asleep again.

Audio books are the worst thing ever for me. I can't concentrate if I'm doing something else, would only work if I was working with Photoshop for art, when I used to do photo manipulation I would listen to podcasts, but otherwise I either focus on what I'm doing it the listening.
