I think the only game I've finished this year has been Gunpoint.
I mostly play multiplayer games so there's no way to really complete them!

I play in Hardcore mode so you don't get a killcam anyway, but yeah, that zoom is way too obvious and I agree that if you found a good hiding spot you should get to keep it. The idea that scopes reflect sunlight when they have a zoom greater that x7 was meant stop snipers from camping in a bush for an entire game. I think that is enough.

I think what he meant was that the game probably still has bugs and such and the team will work on the game right up until launch and release a day one patch to fix issues they couldn't get done before the data was sent to the disks. Obviously they can't work up until release and get millions of copies printed overnight so day one patches will fix issues which may be present in the current build on the disk.
But still... 2 weeks 6 days to go!

Saw this last night and I have to agree that the sci-fi stuff was freaking cool. The robots looked awesome and some of the weapons were shit-your-pants incredible.

But I'd have to agree that the story sucked. I didn't care about the characters at all and as Mazy said, they spent way too long trying to flesh them out, make you like them, and failed.
Overall I did enjoy it and I would say it was worth a watch just for the action and sci-fi stuff alone. Just don't expect the best story.

I think GW2 is doing pretty well with it's model of Buy to Play. You just buy the game in the first instance and from that point on you can play the game for free forever. GW2 does have a store where you can spend real money, but all of the items in there are purely cosmetic.
Apparently, they were the fastest selling MMO ever and they do new content updates very regularly. Some of them quite big!

I do prefer to just buy my games and not be tied to a subscription. At least then I can play at my own pace and don't feel kind of forced to play because I've paid for a months subscription and don't want to let it go to waste. I quit GW2 late last year and got back into it last weekend.

It's quite expensive too, for BF4 standard + Premium from EA is $109.98 which is currently £70.12 which is more than double the cost of most PC games.
Hopefully it will be cheaper elsewhere.

Liking the dynamic weather change, should mix things up a bit with the boats. Looks quite fun jumping those waves on the jet ski
Saw some nice destruction in there too. Nice to see some of the bigger buildings are able to collapse again!
