It is kinda stupid, but so is having dinosaurs in modern times

If I were a kid I'd probably be very excited for this film, and the kid still inside me is kinda excited!
With regards to the tame raptors. We've tamed all sorts of animals in our time and if he raised them from babies surely they'd be tameable too? They aren't wholly tamed anyway since we see them go for a human in the trailer and Chris Pratt seems to have a hard time stopping them from even eating him!
The trailer kinda says it all though. "Dinosaurs are wow enough!". All the genetically modified/spliced dino's kind of put me off. That and it seems they've revealed the whole story within the trailers!

What's your PC like?
CPU: i7 2600k running at stock speeds
GPU: MSI GTX 970
RAM: 16GB
Game's installed on an SSD too.
I think I maxed out all the settings except for AA on reflections and I left some of the higher end AA turned off. Not sure what FPS I'm getting but it feels very smooth.
Rockstar did a pretty good job with the launch though. Apart from the slow download speeds on the patches the rest of my experience was surprisingly without any connection drops or anything. Considering hundreds of thousands of people were trying to connect at the same I'd take slow speeds over no connection at all. Well done R*!

Runs like a dream on my PC with settings maxed out.
I play with an X360 controller for driving etc and kb+mouse for any shooting parts. Can't aim for shit on a controller xD
Played a few missions and seeing San Andreas with these graphics and silky smooth frame rate was very pleasing. Can't wait to get online tomorrow for some carnage

Apparently if you use a Brazillian proxy you can get it from here for around £19.

Not sure if it's region locked though. I know some people who are going to try it. I'll update if I find anything out!

Has anyone found a good price anywhere for Steam?
But yes, would be up for some Mapcore shenanigans

So the final episode...
QuoteDisplay MoreI was left kind of feeling a bit meh after that. Sure, it looks like the show is going to go in an interesting direction and it's setting up for something pretty cool. But nothing really happened did it? I'd expect a finale to have something more. To me it felt like the second half of this season was the first half of a season, building up to some bigger episodes.
I always feel like this show is always building up to something.
Also, like Em' above, it's kind of dumb how unaware the characters are sometimes. I know they kind of need to be dumb and unaware to give the zombies a chance to show up etc but they do so much dumb shit.
Like going into that warehouse a few episodes ago without scouting for a proper exit strategy... that shit with the revolving door. Daryl going into that food depot in the last episode and not checking around. There were cans hanging all over the trailers, clearly someone had been there before and I wouldn't have expected Daryl not to notice stuff like that.
And the way how Tyreese died was dumb. He walked through that house and went straight to the last room without checking a single room on the way. You'd think after 2 years (is that how long they've been out there?) they'd have learnt something about surviving?
I dunno, I enjoy they show since I love zombies. Just wish they've build up to a good finale rather than use the finale to set the scene for the next season.

I have no money so I think a lot of CSGO is on the cards for me this weekend. Hit me up if you're going on

-
Yeah I doubt they were hacking or anything. There were some fishy shots I guess but I'll put that down to luck, none of their K/D ratios were stupid. I blame Pedro for not defusing that one bomb

Had a couple of great games with Vaya last night.
First game was on Inferno (Which I was kind of reluctant to play since I usually suck at it - Vaya talked me into it though) and we had a great game but sadly lost.
Then we played Mirage and had a pretty good Terrorist half winning 10 rounds. Then whilst on CT the other team stepped up and got a lot of bomb plants but I think I managed some of the best clutches of my life that game. My heart was pounding but we won in the end

GG!

Burnout Paradise is alright. I think it's best played with a friend so you can race or cruise around together.

I'm bust tonight go-karting but I'll try get off work at a decent time tomorrow night to join you guys. It sounds fun

-
The smoke/grenade database sounds nice. Hope you can get it up and working!
I'll try play with you guys one of the nights. Currently in crunch mode at work so by the time I'm home you are all already playing etc and I need to grab food.
Can't wait to see Mapcore at ESL next year though...

-
Sorry I couldn't join you guys for the games. Hopefully I'll be free next time!
Did you guys play against each other or form a team of 5 to own some randoms?

-
My heart! That was so tense. Inferno was amazing to watch!
Got a golden dorito too

-
I've gone for Fnatic too.
I think if Allu had been with NiP for a couple months longer it'd potentially be a different story.
-
I went for Envy. Full of regret.

Now I have no idea how tomorrow will play out. Need one more correct pick for my gold. D:
-
Tomorrow's picks are going to be so hard.
I want VP to make it to the final but Fnatic are really playing well at the moment. But so are VP... Argh!
EnvyUs haven't done too well this year but have really stepped up their game for ESL. NiP (who I'm assuming will make it to the semi's) are doing great too. I CAN'T DECIDE!!!
Either way, great games ahead!
