Took me about 30 mins or so to update. I then downloaded the .iso so I could perform a clean install which took another 30 mins.

Not had any problems apart from it failing to activate. Spoke to Microsoft's tech support and they told me the servers are probably getting hammered with all the requests so it should get through within 48 hours. Hope so because it won't let me change my theme or anything and I'm stuck with pink tiles on my start menu

Apart from that it's gone very smoothly. Everything I've tried has worked right away.

I played the first one after having picked it up in a sale for cheap. I went in with quite low expectations because I hadn't enjoyed a Tomb Raider since my childhood and, like Thrik, wasn't too impressed with the pre-release footage of the game. I only expected I'd play it for a little while and would never complete it. However, I think I completed it in a week. I couldn't put it down and I loved exploring and discovering the small tombs.

If it's more of the same I'll probably with some new mechanics I think I'd be pretty happy with it.

So I finished book 3 yesterday and the epilogue was quite interesting!

EGX has a small CSGO tournament this year. Four teams (Fnatic, NiP, Envy and Virtus Pro) fighting for $100k. I got tickets and I can't wait!

I'm working in Oxford now and with my current saving there's not much chance of me buying a place around here Might just rent somewhere or potentially buy a place further North and just carry on commuting. So many decisions and external factors play into buying a house though.

I read something on Reddit which was similar to this. I guess the server you were joining was sending you a message, rather than Teamspeak itself. Sounds like quite a flaw to be honest! Luckily you didn't lose anything. Don't trust anyone!

Teamspeak is fine. Did the guy you were talking to provide you with the link to download the files? He probably sent you a fake link to a fake Teamspeak site. You then download what you think is Teamspeak but really it's a virus.

I've had some guy try this before with some weird looking MMO VOIP client. Never heard of it and he was very adamant he could not use any other client and that I should download that one to play with them. Thought better of it and blocked and reported the guy. He got to my friend though before I could say anything and he installed the client. Within second his entire inventory had gone. He managed to get it all back though thanks to Valve.

Basically, don't click on links people send you in Steam!

I've shot some guns previously in Europe. It's a lot of fun but also scary as hell. If you're not careful you can really hurt/ kill someone.

I'd agree with you on the pistols. They are pretty hard to keep on target! One little bit of info I never knew before shooting was about the revolver type weapons. We were warned to keep our hands away from the mechanism since there's actually nothing to stop the blast from the bullet from burning you pretty badly. Since there's a gap behind the mechanism some of the hot gases escape behind there.

You really see it when shooting too.

We also shot a pump action shotgun, I can't remember the type, but damn it felt manly to load in another shell Funnily (Stupidly) the owner gave us 4 normal shells and one high powered shell. He didn't tell us about the high powered shell, he just put them in so we'd get them on our last shots. Needless to say some of us ended up on our asses!

Was very sad to wake up to this today. Don't really follow Nintendo that much these days but I have only ever heard good things about Satoru Iwata. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy.

I started at Rebellion as a Level Designer on Monday

I just saw this expecting it to not be that great. Was pleasantly surprised and now I feel 6 years old again!

This game is gonna sell some consoles!

Well the graphics in that demo don't look to be anything too taxing. So long as they can hit the required resolution with a good framerate then it should be fine. I'm sure the PS4 could run that demo.

Would like to see maybe a Time Crisis styled game on this. The Move is pretty damn accurate so shooting would feel nice and if you could move into cover using the Morpheus it'd be kinda cool. I know some arcade games have done it in the past. Might be nice in VR.

This looks pretty cool when coupled with the Move controllers.
