Best I got from the operation was a FN Galil Urban Rubble http://csgostash.com/skin/589/Galil-AR-Urban-Rubble
Think the operation ends soon so no more drops to come (Unless valve extends it).

Can't say I've ever had a problem with a Razer mouse. Had like 5 of them now and they've all lasted me years.
Facebook might not be the best place to reach them? Twitter or email might be better? I'm sure they'd want to sort you out.
Quote from jackophantI got that camera btw! Do you know what the motion detection is for?
I think you can hard wire the camera to the battery and it will stay on standby and start recording when it detects motion. Obviously this could drain your battery over a prolonged period. I've not tried it myself, I just leave my camera on the window and let it record when I drive ![]()
Hope you never need to use it to though! Today some guy stopped right in front of me at a green light and only moved on when it went onto amber. No idea why, there was nothing in front of him. Will grab the video later!
Quote from leplubodeslapinIn any case, it's a waste because there are lots of parts that can be reuse that just couldn't be impacted, and it's going to be destroyed
I just want to add something, I wasn't judging Beck or anyone here, just the insurance system. And i did not say that he could do anything because it was already done, I was just surprised to see the video and read that the car is now probably already completely destroyed, and nobody reacted to that.
If it makes you feel any better I think the car will probably end up being taken apart at a scrap/salvage yard. I doubt it's been crushed for the scrap metal or anything like that (yet - Until anything of use has been taken out at least).
The engine was sound in that car, so I'd hope it'd still see some use elsewhere.
You can force windows to download Windows 10 by following these steps. Worked for me!
Ahh I get what you mean. It would be cool if you could do this, I mean you probably can if someone was doing something particularly bad (like going 150mph down a motorway), but I guess they're probably too busy for "minor" things.
It would be nice if I could be a part-time cop. I see so much shit on the roads I just wanna flick some blue lights on and give someone a ticket and tell them to go learn to fucking drive.
I think the road is making me angry but I love driving xD
Quote from duxLMAO fucking VW drivers. Was it a kid by any chance in his new 1.3 polo on his parents insurance off out for a cheeky nandos?
Nah was some woman in her 50's I think. I went over semi-confrontational but when I realised how shook up she was I just asked if she was ok and got her to sit down and chill out. She was a nice woman to be fair, just fucked up that day I guess!
Quote from blackdogWonder if this videos can be visioned by the police to assign tickets?
Anyway, just seen up to the Peugeot cutting you, and as a proper Italian I would have been on their back honking for 5 minutes hoping they would dismount.
@Sprony really happy to hear the good news, you deserve a spot and wish you soon move onto a proper paid position. Congrats!
I know some of the black boxes can track your speed, acceleration and car usage and if you drive to quickly etc the insurance can raise your premium or just instantly void it if you do some crazy speeds. My friend has one and they have a website where you can go and see how well you drive etc.
Quote from leplubodeslapinDisplay MoreYou're all serious ?
Just look at the video, it's not that bad and it's a side impact of course nothing serious could have happened to you whatever the car is. I know what you mean by the car absorbing all the impact, which is true especially for the front impacts where everything is studied to be destroyed before hurting you. But here ... It hasn't moved that much, and it's not the chassis that took the most damage but probably just the outside parts. If eventually the rear axle is misaligned, that's something fixable and it's not like if it was the front axle. Don't tell me the car is ruined after this crash, it's really not that bad...
And yea Jacko i kinda know the topic, it's my job ...
Beck, it has nothing to do with you i understand that they probably did that themself, it's just a crazy waste imo.
Yea exodus ok i'm a bit oversimplifying things but don't you think as a german that this is a ecological/economical huge mistake to throw away the car ? And no in France people would have done the same, it's just that my dad is into car restoration and we're not used to drive new cars
...
Yea the cars in the 50/60s, there's nothing new in absorbing the impact
I could have had the car back but they deemed the car was too expensive to fix. They said the car would be a "Category C" which means:
QuoteCategory C[/b]: the vehicle is repairable but the costs exceed the vehicle’s value. Can re-appear on road.
I didn't get a full report of the damage but they offered me a good sum of money so I'm guessing there's more damage than meets the eye here.
Seriously I loved that car to pieces and looked after it well. I'm very sad to see it go. But I guess you can't guarantee how well a car will perform after a crash and what other side effects it might create.
Quote from blackdogGlad you made it safe Beck, that was a close one!
I didn't think about the chassis myself as well at first, but now we talk about it, I had a low speed accident a few years ago, an old Micra (brick of a city car!) hit the front left corner, where the headlights are, of my parents' Punto. Front chassis bent right, not much but you could see it opening the hood and we replaced the car as well. The Micra didn't even break the headlight!!
Anyway I'm curious about the dashcam, does it come with the insurance (think I've read some do now?) or you installed it? I knew loads of (motor)cyclists have it but thought only in Russia cars were using them ?
Cheers.
I got the dash cam myself for my own protection after driving into the city every day and getting cut up by arseholes in a rush. It was only a matter of time until one of them cut me up too closely and I'd end up hitting them. Then it'd be my word against theirs, but if I had the camera I'd have evidence.
Once I showed the insurance that video they instantly said "It's clearly not your fault, we'll sort everything from here."
I didn't tell my insurance about the camera prior to this and I won't tell future insurers either. You can get insurance which makes black boxes and camera mandatory, but I don't really want that.
Quote from SpronyI'm glad you are ok @Beck. We still got Fallout 4 to do you know? You can't expect me to travel the Wasteland alone
In other news, after several tests, I've made it to the Eurogamer Benelux staff as an editor. It's unpaid at first, but with a lot of nice perks. Plus, it's a foot between the door at one of the largest gamer networks in the world. One step closer at becoming a pro
Cheers dude! Don't worry I don't plan on dying until I at least finish FO4 ![]()
Grats on the position!
Quote from jackophant@Beck Wow, sounds like the car was really worked over... What state was the other car in?
Is that a purpose built dash cam you use or a phone app? I'm interested in buying one for myself as a 6" phone takes up most of my windscreen.
I didn't really inspect the other car that closely but they had an exploded tyre and a bent rim, some body damage on the front and a very shook up driver.
Yeah it's a proper dash cam. This is the one I use: http://www.amazon.co.uk/E-PRANCE-Novat…-1&keywords=g1w
Whenever I start my car the camera starts recording and just overwrites the oldest files. I think I get about 6 hours or so of 1080p 30fps footage from a 32GB card. (Might be slightly more I can't recall.)
Great little camera though. Would recommend getting one.
Some other videos I've captured:
DUDUDUDUUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDUDU
Skipped Vikings season 3 when it aired so finally started watching it again.
I wish Lagertha was mine ![]()
Yeah I think the chassis took a lot of the force out of the impact. Considering I got hit on the back and not the front my steering wheel was pointing to 2 o'clock when the car was going straight afterwards. Though being forced into the kerb and bouncing over it might have caused some damage.
The guy my insurance passed me onto said he was surprised they even bothered sending it for evaluation since I told them the air bags deployed. He said that even on brand new cars an air bag deployment is normally an instant write off because the interiors cost so much to replace. They ripped the drivers seat in half and caved in my ceiling. Amazing things but they really do destroy the interior of the car.
So... Someone wrote my car off last month.
*NSFW Language*
The insurance have done well though. They've offered me what the car was probably worth before the accident which I was very surprised by.
Now I just need to find another car ![]()
Quote from jackophanta lot of people are overlooking the fact that the neck is now part of the "headshot" hit capsule. so clickin skulls just got easier from more accurate hitcapsules AND neckshots! woop woop
The head is also bigger now.

Had a game on Mirage last night and I was in underpass approaching mid/window. Heard some footsteps approaching window and a CT guy jumped up to peek underpass. Shot him straight in the face. Previously that shot would have probably not registered.
I was defending the bomb on A at one point and the last guy was approaching A from connector. I jumped over the box to see if he could hit me. He shot me right in the face.
I'm liking the newly synchronised hitboxes hitcapsules ![]()
Just made about £30 by selling my M4A4 Asiimov which has jumped up in price since the update. I'll just rebuy one back when they go back down to normal levels ![]()
So I guess the a1-s is basically a silenced a4 with less bullets. I think I'm fine with that, I miss using my a4 ![]()
The new hit boxes look like they're much closer to the models now and hopefully they're sync'd better with the anims now that they update the anims server side more often. I saw a video of reddit of someone headshotting the guy jump peeking short on D2 which was always impossible to do. Feels good to see.
I'd agree with @Sprony.
What really concerned me was the guy spraying down people (literally holding down mouse 1) with a machine gun (gattling laser?) from across the map. No recoil or anything. There might be some balance issues at the moment.
Quote from blackdogWhat about Barack? O.o Also you were mentioning the third episode but it's still to come from the dates I've seen.
QuoteIt wasn't really Barack, I was just joking about how the head teacher looked a bit like Barack Obama :PI was wondering where all the food they went to get went too!
And Yeah I didn't know the third episode was delayed. I was all excited to get home and watch it and it wasn't out ![]()
Wasn't the greatest map from BF2 but I did play it a fair bit. Wish they'd bring back some of the better BF3 maps along with some of the maps from Bad Company 2 which were far superior for the Rush game mode in my opinion.
