    No, the area behind the vents can fit a 2x2 building. So no bunkers, but missile turrets/spores/cannons can still be built. Currently space for two buildings that are 2x2. Both ends of Nydus network are 3x3.


    May be worth opening that up to Nydus play though. Warp Prisms and Medivac drops can obviously take advantage of vent area, may be worth it to extend that drop lay to Zerg players as well.

    Yeah, on the third base closest to the main, there is a small jump that a Reaper can use to hop into the main. Colossi should be able to make similar use of it.

    Hey, trying my hand at the SC2 editor. I've kinda dropped off playing, but I still enjoy watching pro-games quite a bit.


    My first attempt at a melee map. This one is meant to be pretty small (5 bases each side) and is limited to 1v1. Been kind of a pain to get playtesting feedback due to a relatively inactive player community. If anyone here still plays, I would really appreciate any feedback from a few matches. The map is currently posted on battle.net and can be played by simply running a custom game search for "Sublunar Station".

    Thanks for taking care of that for me. Based on some feedback I've been receiving, I updated the front page layout and fixed some issues within the project pages. I am in the process of finishing up my flat packet and getting that uploaded, right now I'm just using a placeholder one.

    I like the way you have it organized. My only gripe with it is that I wish your buttons for images/video/downloads were a bit bigger. I like to have that stuff really big and obvious, but then again, I'm in the process of shrinking the buttons down a bit on my site.

    Yeah, that's one issue that I've been struggling with. Once I started getting the lightmass lighting to work better, I think the issue became more resolved. I think it could still use some more of that contrast, though. Work is finished though for the class, but I wanna look at it again during the break to help improve that issue.

    Yeah, the bottom-most area of the map is the area which I think still needs the most attention. There's still some pretty dark corridors that the bounce light isn't getting to, gotta drop in some lights to brighten it up.

    Thanks. We still got a bit of time to fix some things. We plan on getting an executable out by next Tuesday. We kind of have to, since that's our deadline for the term.

    Working on this for the production team at our school. Game is a sidescroller made in UDK. Most of the assets have been created by other team members. We've got another week to finish it up.

    This level is the second stage the player enters. The first half of the level takes place on the forest floor, with the latter half taking the player up to the canopy up top.

    So since I just discovered this site yesterday and am trying it out, I figured I'd throw my hat into this challenge and see what comes out. Probably gonna do something in the UDK since that's what I'm most comfortable with. Although, not sure if I want this to be just a classic deathmatch style map or if I wanna try my hand at a short single-player experience.

    Can't wait to see what others start rolling out with.
