Loving your style of lighting and architecture. It is truly looking gorgeous, good job.

I don't like TF2 but enjoyed playing it in one of the playtests
It looks great. On a side note, I don't think that the map having rain or looks dark is of much influence

It works better than it did before. But the so called "Source Engine 2009" hammer still doesn't work properly. I still get the black grid. Sigh. So i'm mapping with the 2007 engine and compiling with VBCT under 2009.

Absolutely loving the photograps. Did you took those with a Hasselblad ?
Your website is down it seems.

I just returned from my 2 week break at hammer and it seems that my vacation has been lengthened. I'd rather wait for another update than using an old binary. For some reason i believe it could do harm.
Quote from SurfaAdd -dx80 to the launch options and it should fix the problem.
I believe you meant -dxlevel 80

if i could give you some advice for the lighting, add some different light colors to make big contrast (i.e. a baril with fire or an emmergency red light) but not many.
Quote from Froyokschoft : Just a small point which bothers me (just a personal opinion), I think at right, on this screen, the black part seems illogical in terms of lighting because of the wall next to him is very bright. I think the contrast is too strong between the two materials, I saw the beam of metal a little more enlightened.
And also the black wall, which I also find from the wall that juxtaposes too dark. It just bothers me at the contrast.
Again : very nice work !

Thanks for the critique ! Must admit, I kinda overlooked it a bit. It doesn't quite fit with the contrast. Thanks.

My first post on mapcore
I have been mapping for 4 years and thought i'd register here. This is for a (horror) source mod. Some heavy (ingame) CC'ing:[Blocked Image: http://img580.imageshack.us/img580/4982/vistation13370135.jpg]

All WIP ofcourse. Lighting must get better and the windows need models.
