i know what citizen kane meant for movies, but i don't know why they are saying this should be the Citizen Kane of games? are they doing something revolutionary in terms of mechanics and narrative? or is it just well written and polished? I think the latter is more likely, being that they are a movie-reviewing site and perhaps didn't expect that level of writing

What I'm basically interpreting from your post is that someone other than Oculus will offer a similar priced product, but that is vastly superior for some reason. I haven't tried either yet and I'm not really familiar with VR or the difference between the headsets (other than resolution/performance etc.).
