shut up and take my money!
This. Get it on Steam already
! I'm surprised there were no pre-orders Rob? What held those up if you can say?Quote from MazyThe only sane course of action is to ignore Destructoid, seriously don't get why they still get listed on Metacritic. I'm all for them being critical and voicing their opinion, but they have a tendency to be extremely polarizing in their review scores, and mostly for no obvious reason.
Ugh, and seeing all the people in the comments taking it to heart =/.

Been messing around with Cryengine and made a couple of props to populate a scene I'm working on. The Cryengine is simply stunning to work with, it makes me cry when I see our engine at work

Rather small detail, but I wouldn't have a cubemap on the plastic end of the chair, would be relatively matte!

well MU was taken down mainly because their owners were flaunting illegality, and were stupid. the tv-streaming was stupid and they actively made money by offering tv shows hosted on their servers.one thing about all of this that jumps out at me is how hopelessly redundant the distribution and production companies are, why aren't they offering a comparable service so people aren't forced to go to illegal services? amazon movies aren't available in europe, netflix doesn't have shit, spotify locks music based on region, all in all it's totally pathetic that they want to blame us for their shitty service and inability to understand the internet.
old men running the world. old men who don't get that thins have changed, and that they need to catch the fuck up.
Well, they're already going in the right direction where for most stations you can watch full show on their respective websites, but yeah, most of that is only restricted to the US, which sucks.

Great article.
Love this bit hah:
"Furthermore, it shall not be forgotten that our programmers are all at least Level 91 programming wizards, who are not afraid of burning the midnight oil to give us more memory and frame rate. It’s a catch 22… the more resource they give, the more we fill it with art and animations, forcing them back into their dark corner, chanting their incantation to give us a little bit more resource that we would quickly fill again with even more art and animation…ad vitam aeternam."
Also, I guess the flashback scene coming late into production explains why it was pretty frustrating, the Level Design and pathing in that was so iffy.

Just had an epic match on Kharg with 2000 tickets, almost unrecognizable from the destruction, so awesome~~wish more servers would do this, might take over an hour to finish a game but it just emphasizes the destruction so much more when it actually dramatically changes the layout
Yeah man, love it! It'll be even more readily apparent with the Karkand DLC, can't wait!

QuoteTokyo-based Square Enix today revealed plans for further expansion in Montreal, Canada, with new jobs at its Deus Ex: Human Revolution house Eidos Montreal, and the creation of a new second studio. The new studio, called Square Enix Montreal, will open sometime next year and create a total of 150 new jobs. The studio is set to work on a new, unannounced game in the Hitman franchise.
Curious move of opening a new studio and not just creating another team within Eidos Montreal. Better tax breaks if you open a new studio maybe? What do you IO guys think of another Hitman being developed there?

Awww, congrats dude!

It's weird, I don't really recognise any locations at all from BF2, and I played like 100+ hours on that game. And that trailer is just an 'Ooooh look at our fancy destruction!' tech demo haha.
(Disclaimer - I love BF but havent really touched it since the opening weekend. However, it is still a good game. The 2 previous sentences is my troll defence system)
Guess you didn't play enough
. I recognized all of those places! Can't wait. -
