Singleplayer looks impressive though, very scripted which I enjoy in a shooter like this. Really want to see a Backstab remake though

There will be all the normal graphical options in the full version though right?

It's ok. You have to do a lot of learning in your own time (Mapcore/Polycount ftw), but it is a pretty decent course. The lecturers are all really nice and down to earth. There are definitely better courses, but at the end of the day it's all about how dedicated and passionate you are!

Yea my more or less my own thoughts, gona switch to their gameplay and production degree for the second year though. Anyway good luck with the job hunt!

Still really love the Fantasy Dungeon. How did you find staffs over all then as you are getting near the end?

    Hey,

So I have been assigned to make a single player level with UT3 for uni and as I am quite frankly sick to death of the game I am making a Side scroller. The catch is though because we can not use any unreal script at all, I need to switch the camera back to the default first person when triggered every so often, because 2D combat can not be done with Kismet alone. Problem is I can't for the life of my get it to work in Kismet. Anyone have any ideas?

    Cheers

On season 2 at the moment. Really great series, was not sure for the first few episodes but, one of the best shows I have watched.

Thingz I am told at Uni

Do most level designers have to keep dev diary's detailing the entire process "so that someone else could pick it up and make the same level from their notes". Know for a fact some of the stuff we have do to is just paper work to keep them happy, but there is always lots of planning to a level at the same time, so trying to work out what the actual facts are on this. Clearly paper layout's etc etc.

The daily mail is not what I would call the best source for news of any type. The original source even more so from the looks of it.

Second one looks better I would say. Bit too much contrast in the first, dirt on the plane stands out way too much etc.

This is true I tend not to read the site at all, as its the scum of the internet and games "journalism".

Well I doubt they would fire anyone just because Activision asked them to. Was that not the entire point of them breaking away from Microsoft? Story's like these tend not to come from no where though and that's the second time the MMOFPS thing has come out.

Looking forward to seeing how it tie's into the first game. Think the other video talked about one of the characters. Crysis is such a great game beyond the graphics.

I buy so many PC games because I can get them from steam where there isn't really any DRM. Would buy a lot more films if I could get digital HD versions drm free. Some people actually buy games and then download a pirate version because its gotten so bad.

Or $40 for the pro edition. Considering the normal price of $499 and $1195 its a dam good deal.
