    pretty sure both of those books are available at book stores. still, it's cheaper to buy through amazon (at least for scandinavians).bought this;

    Thanks dude. Also got a big list of changes from people at L4D maps. Think I need to play more L4D again because they come up with stuff I just didn't think about.

    One major thing was lack of places to hold out, so I think more elevation would have been good.

    Looks like a nice short contest for anyone wanting to do something for Portal 2 with out a massive time commitment.

    Looks sweet, I'll try to test it with friends.

    Thanks , layout could be a little better because there are some quite long hedge rows but over all quite pleased with it as a short project (because I spent the past two years mapping for l4d and released nothing!).

    Built this in around a month (l4d2 survival map). Thanks to everyone who gave me feedback on it, quite happy with it in the end.

    Some of the props look quite nice, though the concrete support pillars give way to the train like they are made of paper. And yea the British police cars

    sarge mat: more visual connection is good, I guess it makes sense in a weird game-logic sort of way... good improvements but I think the van was a bad idea in the end... in the video you waste time trying to drag the propane tanks through the van, which can be discouraging enough to a player so they won't even try it.

    Thanks dude. I don't think I thought enough about the "workings" of it early on so even though I managed to improve it, it kind of suffered over all.

    Really like the idea of hopping around different islands. The VTOL isn't used that much so interested to see something with it being the major focus.

    In a few of those shots though maybe its just me or the angle but the trees look a little odd. Maybe a little repetitive in places and some look too tall compared to the islands they are on? Maybe get other opinions before you take that as fact though.

    Made a good few changes to mine considering how kind of crappy it was. Posted the final version but all the same if anyone feels like giving feedback on this version that would be most useful. Some interesting entry's so far btw.

    I loaded up the original for a quick look and that is most odd, don't see what but there most be something triggering it.

    Yea totally agree don't think (clearly it's not) it's clear about building up pressure. Instead of blowing the cap I will have each one seal and each time the door open a little more. Bit of Leaking steam from each cap too, to make it clear it's building up.

    And as Vil says a sign about pressure.

    I will update the visuals of the door opening mec too.

    Thanks

    Don't get me wrong the LBP editor is great and all but, I just think it would be a bit cheep on a portfolio.
