I generally go with VGChartz for such information, but right now it looks like a lot of data is missing from European vendors so it's impossible to get a real idea until all that starts coming out. This is what they have for now though (I think this is just US numbers as if you dig deeper the Europe numbers are empty):

My personal prediction is that during the launch window, both consoles will sell fairly evenly in the US — or the Xbox One might do slightly better because it's a US console. In Europe, I expect the PS4 to do significantly better. We'll see in a few months though.
I know I'm one of the suckers who bought a 3DS. Two, in fact. A $150 3DS XL for me, and a $110 3DS for my gf after she got excited about Harvest Moon after I described it to her as I was requesting Christmas presents ![]()
