All those absolutely great games coming out, and not having enough money sucks, I'll definitely get Left 4 Dead and Far cry though, guess I'll have to wait too

I'm not too sure about the grass coming up through the concrete.
Yeah, I noticed the same, vegetation doesn't grow on crete/metal....

Edit: just played through your map, and must say that it is really good it has a lot of detail, and still is really big, it made me think of dm_overwatch directly, which is a compliment 
so good job, I noticed a few bugs though, thought that I should point them out;
-at the underground part, where the fence is and you can see down a stairway, you can look over the stair if you jump or get really close, and you'll get a HOM(hall-of-mirrors) in the distance, this is what I mean, it's not really clear on my screen, but if you check it out in-game you'll notice it.

-the debris laying on the street has bad clipping, which made me get to places that I'm not supposed to get to...

here I jumped over a wall, it was noclipped on the other side, so you won't see the wall, and when I got in there, I had to noclip out;

This are all the small bugs I could find, and it are just minor things, it doesn't make your map less nice 
I'm going to post a link to this map on the forums of a big HL2DM clan I'm in now (»Яąẅ«) and ask them to upload it on their servers

Wegame is quite useful, you can record videos for web-quality and you can record HD videos, the best solution FOR SOURCE is using the in-game recorder to record your movie, play the recorded video and then record it with fraps or wegame, or something else... that will prevent high lag peaks while recording...
Some awesome shots in there! Really, a lot of variety in your shots and almost all of them are nice!
Stockholm reminds me of Cannes for some reason, I took some pics in Cannes too and the street shots are quite similar

Don't jog, play a real sport, I play basketball a lot, and trust me, if you can stand out 2 trainings for 1,5 hour a week, and a match every weekend, your condition will be great, jogging is a good way to start though, maybe you could try one of these 'start 2 run' programs?
