"Forschungsreaktor Geheimwald" would be acceptable in the sense of hidden forest as a project name for the reactor. It could also be a local forest somewhere. Using real location names in games, especially related to Germany is not a good idea tbh.

Layout wise it looks pretty good with a 'little' advantage on the CT side, as they can cut all paths to B for the Ts.

Currently detailing CT spawn. The lighting is horrible, but when im gonna figure out how to make directional light, its gonna be better.

I focused on the ceiling, I still need something to break up the flat wall. Maybe crates.

noooo way man, leave the crates at home depot (they're so 90s!) and try to create some depth with various wall levels, actually 'breaking' the wall or some of the windows. I am not sure you want to detail at this stage though already, but if you do, keep in mind, that you have consistency there or try to achieve that at least. You have a rather wooden and brownish theme, integrate that and set some streamlining highlights with a coherent color.

Had my second time today in 70mm analog and oh boy.. lovely as the first time - but still hate people not being able to pronounce properly.

The sound was even more awesome this time, the lower frequencies made the space shuttle scenes a real ride in our seats.

    btw:

I don't know if I got it wrong, but I think at that point where Prof. Brand mentions the sparks falling down might just be bullets hitting and penetrating, it's where Cooper is returning through the worm hole and has to leave the vehicle near the end before the epic library scene and a connection is made, right?

This is for me 10/10, even more after I rewatched Inception on Wednesday evening in our university cinema.

That last (or second last?) screen looks pretty weird, other than that looking promising.

I can generally suggest BBC articles, they stand for quality (imo).

But on a more game related look, have fun with this.

Does anybody know if that world with the huge waves is a possibility? If the water was so shallow, how could it bunch up into those huge tidal waves? Also is there any evidence for the ice planets with no real landmass?

According to this, the first question's answer is yes. Also makes sense since our oceans are always kept at it's outer 'radius' because of rotation and tidal movements because of the moon.

A Walk Among The Tombstones - actually pretty positively surprised about the quality. Surely it is nothing new that will rock your socks, but it's a tad different style of a Liam Neeson film and it is actually well acted by everyone involved. I will have to wait for a hard copy release though to watch it again, as I'd like to enjoy Neeson's voice in OV and they're only showing selected films in OV here. :/

wow, sounds awesome. I've seen a short documentary film about similar games in Prague (or Warsaw, not sure), where you had to solve a puzzle in time, locked in an appartment before a KGB agent came back.

Depending on the acitivities you wanna do, especially around new year.

A walk along the Rhine river should be a must, Cologne Cathedral.. mh well, if you're into churches or architecture - sure why not.

Other then that, just enjoy walking through the city, you should find a lot of the German commercial xmas & nye spirit on the streets and in the shops.

Last two times I've been there I was in the zoo (+ aquarium, terrarium and insectarium, it's in the same ticket) and a park a bit outside of Cologne. If you're going for something where you can have a nice dinner on one evening, I can recommend 'Alex' or 'Extrablatt', which also have nice cocktails (and food for all tastes).

Apart from that there is not much, that I find overly interesting, except for the streets and houses. It's a rather boring metrocity.

I don't know if this is aimed at theaters, but I guess this would rather work as a web movie or web series rather than cinema. Besides, isn't that ally from the beginning the main guy from District 9? Might be wrong though..

When showing other scenes than fighting, it might be a little hard to keep the viewers tension and interest, depending on the style of storytelling and development. Definitely worth a try tho.
