Gunman Chronicles was amazing! I loved that game back in the day. I liked the introduction on the space station with the elevator that went in all different directions.

Having looked at this on another monitor now that I'm back at work, I have to say that I do think it's looking a little too dark at the moment. Might be worth trying to increase the ambient light ever so slightly so that you aren't getting those extreme blacks.

After a very... Interesting.. 7/8 months at Sony London, Ive been offered a position back at The Creative Assembly as a senior environment artist. Very excited to be going back (this time with a permanent contract!) and working on an exciting new game

Any of you tried out Modo? What's it like? I'm considering getting it, I've been hearing great things about it and I'm pretty sure that's what companies may start switching to in the few years, but wanna hear some user reviews before I shell out for it... It's pretty expensive!

I don't blame you man. If you're a little more mobile then using a gaming laptop is perfectly legit. If need be, you can always plug in a mouse and keyboard anyway

Yeah man you really missed out! I'd really recommend playing all the classics. Though I think you'll never properly experience it because you wont have all the hype around it as we all had back in the day when they were first released.
I remember I had Perfect Dark on N64 but didn't own an expansion pack so all I could play were the 'challenge' maps. They were rock solid and kept me entertained for ~2 months, and then once I'd saved up enough pocket money, I bought the expansion pack and could finally play multiplayer properly and do all the campaign shit. Blew my mind, that game was a game changer imo.

The Hobbit movies are pretty generic and actiony, but the book is well worth a read. It is primarily a children's book but it's a great adventure. Lord of the Rings is like the serious version of The Hobbit
