I would like to see random encounters for fast travel and hear a reason as to why they wouldn't include it.

Is there really a rainbow in that first pic?
I agree completely, I'm not a fan of the art style.

I built mine last year for crysis:
corsair hx520 powersupply
asus p5n32-e mobo
core2duo e6600 @ 2.4ghz
geil 2gb ddr2 800
eVGA 8800GTS 640mb
2x 320gb HDs
Acer 22" widescreen lcd
Windows XP Media Center 32-bit
I have a watercooling setup that I used for my last pc, but I dont have the lga775 mounting hardware for the waterblock. Once I get around to getting them I'm probably going to overclock.
I'm also going to move to a Raid-1 setup once I finally decide to go vista 64-bit.
I hope this pc lasts me awhile, I've got plenty of stuff to upgrade already.

Yeah that was my first thought when I saw that screen. I hope they make the PC version a little more pc-like.

Did anyone catch the bobblehead vip?
Can't wait for a hunted map.

I can see using this for flight sims and stuff with a joystick and throttle, but I fail to see how this is that interesting with a controller.

Looks cool shacky, reminds me of Anachronox.

I'd like to see some shots without the depth of field/focus, though.

All free radical had to do was release another time splitters with a good online component and it would've been the best console fps ever.
The first time I saw videos of this game awhile back all that I could think of was "meh". I don't plan on bothering with it. It's a shame though. I don't know how this happened given Free Radical's track record.

you should look into Illustrator or SketchUp

I've never really seen such rampant fanboyism before Fallout 3 was announced. Reading the nma-fallout forums is hilarious yet sickening at the same time. Those guys need a new hobby.
I'm just as big a fallout fan as anybody but geez, get over it.

Wait, where can I get this demo?

Probably would be the wisest thing to do in the end...
It was awesome though and will look good in your portfolio!

I agree with what everyone has said so far, however. My biggest gripe is the auto-trageting system. It almost makes me wish I had waited to just get the PC version so I wouldn't have to worry about it.
The auto-save thing really pissed me off, too. I had to restart the last mission about 10 times(getting to the very end everytime I might add) and by the time I finally beat it I was so pissed at the game I wasn't even happy or relieved that it was over, I just turned the damn thing off and walked away.

Quote from Furyo
The major drawback is it's just a matter of luck now to get the Infernus, as you'll have to go looking for one now, and there is no sure way of getting one too.
Here's a tip: Call brucie for a race, go to the location and drive near the starting marker ( but not on it!)
Step 1. Run up to an Infernus in the line
Step 2. Shoot driver
Step 3. ???
Step 4. Profit

Republic.
Never before have I been so deceived. I thought it was a totally different game than it ended up being, it was almost like a damn board game. Sucked so bad.
