A bit too green if you ask me. A subtle background hue would look much nicer (reference the matrix)

Are you being hip and cool and by saying bad, you really mean, 'AWESOME'?

Nah man. I am actually serious that looked insanely boring. And no, I dont hate something just because everyone likes it, I cant stand it when people do that (like all my friends hated avatar even though it fucking ruled)

Your environment needs some serious lighting contrast.

Better lighting? You mean brighter? I wanted to have this dark and gritty, that Matrix look a lil bit. Also, what do ya mean smoke is broken? Maybe that shadow behind it makes it look all weird.

I hate it when people confuse brightness and contrast. You can have an interesting gritty scene with really bright lights, just less of them. Your shots lack contrast, its too dull and doesnt contain anything of interest. Lessen the width of the spot lights and almost double the brightness. Maybe even take out a few.

Quick around 3 houre paint set in the hl universe.

these horizontal citadels were buid all around the coastline. The Combine move into the village daily and load the people on transportation. Though

noone knows what happens to them, the villagers suspect the worst.

thx 2 felix for his random jokes suggestions/feedback/help ;D

This is sweet. But I dont know how I feel about you calling this a paint set. You are clearly using photographs. Is that what a paint set is? A mixture between the two?

From a photographic standpoint, don't use any but the first shot. The second shot contains too much unnecessary information around the edges (like you used a wider angle lens) The second shot also has a weird bit of rock sticking out the side (on the right) and makes for some weirdness. The third shot contains a large ass black spot on the right which contains no detail and is actually very distracting.
