Well this is pretty sad. Its really sucky to see a game go down the pooptoilet because of general lack of care for the PC port? Or just they have no idea? I mean punkbuster exists......

    1) open Notepad2) copy&paste everything here: pastebin.com/9CExgdjU

    3) save file as "nanosuit.xml" in the folder "...\crysis 2\gamecrysis2\Scripts\Entities\NanoSuit" (make folders if they dont exist)

    4) play online

    5) Congratulations. You now have unlimited energy.

    Directions:

    1. Download scripts.zip and extract it to "...\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis 2\gamecrysis2"

    2. Find what .xml you're looking for OPEN WITH NOTEPAD, edit away, remember to save.

    3. Open Crysis 2 and have fun.

    !!For weapon edits!!

Also, I'm not apart of any cheating websites, that shit drives me crazy, this is just common knowledge in the game right now apparently

Im not sure if this is a common thing but boy would it blow big time:

I bet you have thrown my contribution of the Bounce level in the bin.

Ha! I remember this. I totally forgot it was you that made that. Yeah, we decided it wasnt in the proper scale (not tall enough) and it would make more sense to just re-do it ourselves do to the time it would take to re-work yours and put our content in it. It wasnt a bad map though.

Also one thing, and yes, I say this with love. You had a torus in your DM_Bounce made out of WORLD BRUSHES! What. The. Fuck. Dude that area of the map was a complete VVIS nightmare, holy hell.

FFS. Stop it. :monocle: the BM team will share whatever, whenever they want. even if they'd fail to do so, it's not up to us to start a personal flame war about it.

Nah man. It is totally in our interest to release as good a product as soon as we can. We are very passionate about this project and want to get it out so we can reap the benefits of releasing something we have been working on for 6 years. I mean damn thats a long time.

But in all seriousness, I can tell you we are close.

Good lord I cannot wait to post all my work I have done in the past 6 years here. Its going to feel like a warm buttery orgasm.

Any and all flaming will end now please. The alternative:

Good to hear BM:S is still under development. It's a shame that it no longer has the graphical wow factor because unfortunately I've been completely spoiled by newer engines, but I'm sure I'll love experiencing HL1 in a way that's enjoyable for the eyes (unlike the original which sits on the wrong side of the 'too primitive-looking to enjoy' line IMO).

A better image would have been this:

    [Blocked Image: http://i667.photobucket.com/albums/vv35/boppers_photos/BANHAMMER.png]

But really. We have a lot of fans who havent even played the original and are waiting for black mesa to experience it.

how far away are you from release? what sort of stuff is there left to do, is it mostly fixing up code and gameplay stuff or is there lots of level design, art, or animation left to do?there's lots of skilled people here, maybe they would like to help out, or is it going to be a case of "we're a mod team we know best"?

There is like a very small amount of level design, art, and animation. We arent far.
