I played through Max Payne 1 this weekend, halfway through Max Payne 2 now. Even though it's quite old, Max Payne 2 looks pretty good; the environments have pretty nice and crisp textures.

A Team Fortress 2 map I worked on as a school project. I released a beta but it was unoptimised and the layout needed a lot of work. Also, it had some game-breaking bugs!

I playtested it last week after some fixing (posted a thread about it here) but found that the map wasn't worth saving, especially since I'm not currently playing TF2 and don't have a good "feel" for the game etc.

Also, it was built when I didn't know what "optimization" was

White-ra is so fun too. Talked to him about Stockholm and it's so cool how his english is soooo bad but he wants to talk sooo much and is really friendly while doing so! Kudos to that badass Ukrainian!

Also a bit funny, my old colleague was an admin at the event and said that idra wrote in the lobby chat, which was not shown on the stream, before the game versus MC if he could just forfeit since it was a waste of time. He then 6-pooled. oGsMC is a reaaaal beast and his interviews were really luls.

Yes, boxer did cancel which completely slipped past me! Sjow replaced his place but... it's not the same.

The event was a one-evening thing, started at around 2pm and ended at 10pm, the players were on-site and I managed to get them to sign my kickass poster! Except for idra.... I can't make out what he sketched down on it

Like others in this thread, I am not too interested in the dreamhack LANs (have never gone and meh, it's not my thing) but this event was cool.

Okay so I've been hesitate to go online because of the extensive hacking...

I finally decide to give it a try, join a server and I'm instantly faced with a guy blasting away while invisible with armour mode on. And this because he changed a config-file, quite simply one might add.

This is complete and utter bullshit. Lost all respect for the MP-department on this.

Crysis 2 is probably the disappointment of the year I'm afraid Solid SP-gameplay and graphics, sure, but the game features a nonsensical story and dreadful multiplayer which, of course, can't be ignored.

If you use the EA Jobs thing, be sure to upload your CV and application bundled as one file and make sure you upload the right file. You only get to upload one file and there a 24h delay before you can replace it -_-
