    Very nice progress on this map, good job!

    This scene has cool brushwork but the lighting is VERY bland. Place some strong orange'ish lights near the fire to make it more dramatic.

    And add a big glowing yellow/red sprite over the fire + a nice env_smoke using 2 colors (yellow/red near the fire - and pure black on the fading side)

    Ah well, thank you all..I didn't expect such a good response..

    For the hole, i'll keep it cause it adds a nice lighting touch on the wall (and by the way, the screen is old and the hole's texturing was redone to be a bit more "accurate").

    And for the crates, I agree they are kinda out of place...If I found some better ones, i'll replace them for sure.

    But bad news from me, I dont think I can finish my map before the deadline cause I'm going on vacancy (<- not sure about the spelling) and I'm back next thuesday so...errr...

    Maybe I can finish the map tomorrw before i'm leaving, but it's gonna be really badly finished

    I give it a try anyway..

    The 2nd screen is my favorite, great textures usage, it really have a cool chaos feeling.

    Still a lot of work to do, especially on displacements...

    Great contest btw, the space's constraint is really a nice idea.

    Voodoo, you should increase the brightness of the ambient, it's too dark atm.

    And maybe put some colors into your lighting because it has a sort of Black'n White Feeling.. which is not really funky

    oh man, this is exactly the design I would love to come with, great work!

    And yeah, your map with a blue night lighting + some yellow light source would be awesome..but it's more a matter of taste.

    Still awesome work with the textures and architectecture!

    And ye, it's not for DOD (I dont have it), it was more for Pirate viking and knight http://%7boption%7d, but since I've started this map using cs:s contents, I'm kinda lazy to move all the used textures to the right place, so dunno...time will tell

    Why not for the textures (but i doubt I will make them), but I think the old HL2 models will stay as the map generally become too heavy when it has custom models (so players will play my map on internet, yes i'm sure they will).

    Ahh i like thoses kind of comments, yea i'm planning to add some lights in the shadowed areas.

    And no i dont have the layout, the map is completely improvised (so maybe the gameplay will be... ^^)
