I've used 3DSMax a bit and prefer XSI. Probably because I've used XSI more. The apparently worse GUI doesnt really matter to me because I use all the keyboard shortcuts 95% of the time rather than clicking on anything.

I can't see that happening for a while, the Wii/360 are on what around 10-12m depending on who you look at. The PS3 is between 3-4m so say that nobody bought a 360/Wii in the next year at all and the PS3 sold twice as quickly as it has so far, it'd still be like 2008/9 before they overtook.

Tried the new drivers, worked better. Still laggy in places, guess I need a 8800 card
Cool demo.

- Not amazing at anything less than high
- Widescreen support is arse

I think I'm gonna have to change the drivers cos at high its pretty stuttery but amazing looking. Anything less than high looks like badgers arse.

I could never have just 1 HDD in my PC, not too keen on RAID either. I had 2 160Gb HDD's and they were fine till the main one started smoking, luckily it was the OS and programs HDD not the data one.

I may be easily pleased but it was the best film I've ever seen at the cinema.

Little bump.
I have had a few folks send me a PM/email about taking part and will be shortly making the questionnaire and sending it out.
I would however like about 5-8 more people to take part in it. All answers to the questions can be made anonymous if you so wish, else I will simply state your name/position/email in it.
The only thing you do need to have, is to be employed in the Games Industry in some form be it modeller/mappers/texture artist/animator/tea monkey/project lead/whatever. Modding doesnt count I'm afraid.

I've seen lots of people playing and ranting/raving on about MGS but never played any of them.
I don't know why but something never clicked, possibly not wanting to be associated with weird sweaty PS fanboys nerdgasming over it in dark rooms.
