Help with Nvidia 163.44 drivers :[

I just installed these new drivers and I can't get the Nvidia control panel to appear. I click it and it does nothing. Is anyone else with a GeForce card having similar problems with it?

Oh wells I had to revert. Seems other people are getting gayed by it too D:
