More importantly, there is a Brazillian with a Trilby.

Guess thats why I know plenty of people (6 or so) in my Uni course that have had it done, theyre all 20 odd now.
Not one is Jewish and theyre all very proud to tell you its been snipped off and the doctor stuck it in his biryani or something.

Theres also a shitload of medical reasons for it to be done with various conditions such as certain parts being tighter than normal.

We'll have to wait for the software emulationIt gets even better for the UK.
Once the current stocks of 60Gb PS3 have sold out, we only have the 40Gb version to buy. Sony are not releasing the 80Gb version here.

Unsubdivided = 45k triangles.

Level 3 subdivision = 2 million triangles

Theres a whole tonne of stuff to do to optimise it if I wanted to but seeing as it was more of a little task to keep me occupied I probably wont bother, its still way too low detailed for film or TV and probably a bit too much for games....except PGR etc.

60Hz on a CRT kills my eyes, I don't have any problem with 60Hz on a LCD.
Unless you are some supremo graphic designer who must have absolutely true colours or they will be killed, there really is no real use for CRT's anymore beyond heating the room in winter.

Stretching on the displacements really spoils it.

My housemate has it and it looks ok, nothing special visuals wise to a PC gamer.
The splitscreen keeping the aspect ratio is hilarious though, he was not amused when he got massive black bars down the side of his 24" Dell monitor.

Guitar Hero and GH2.
Rock on.

Anyone else heard anything about it?

Got bored of cluttering the random model thread up, so made this dedicated one and bunged all the images in here!

Getting there now, not much left to do. Wasting time with fancy renders at the moment!

Needs one with a bowler hat and cigar and a space suit "fishbowl" bubble helmet.
Oh...and the stig as a special character.

Got the XSI compositor to finally play right, can't decide between having a dedicated shadow pass or not having one.
Without:

With:

Does look a bit fake with it, but looks a bit cooler with the shadow on the floor :\

Interesting, will be useful in my dissertation!

Quick throw together of some shaders, yes I know the numberplate looks odd and the seats arn't done yet.

Havn't quite got the XSI compositor sussed yet, have a ambient occulusion pass and a HDRI one at the moment, I think I need to split them up more as the default result comes out too dark.
