Notwithstanding the game has some flaws in its design. I find the idea of managing life, cash and mana in the same way as an RPG not quite apealling. The skills add a lot of depth to the game but the way you have to care about farming $$ and resources make the game a bit dragged. By the second level you are presented with a camera to take pictures of enemies. Taking picures of enemies to level up is an idea that I found game breaking. You have to be constantnly switching between fighting and taking pictures. I'm not enjoying this.

I think Holiday 2021 is for the first batch (which was sold out almost immediately) and not for the 512 version.

The GOTY version is perfectly playable but broken in a few ways compared to the retail version, nothing you will really notice without direct comparison, though.

I think what they're doing is pretty solid for their first 'not a re-release' project. Could have better art direction but consider it's also pretty tricky game to redo without a massive budget and/or straying from the original too much.

Higher general demand in all silicon sectors + crypto demand is not helping :E

I was 'lucky' to pickup a 3090 for work with only $500 on top of the retail price just before the elon enduced crypto run. Right now it's about $1500 over the msrp to get one here.

Just to be clear, I don't down play the risks it's just that the odds are pretty low for a bad outcome. It would definitely suck to get really sick by trying to avoid the sickness, though.

I have not taken the vaccine yet but people around me did and have not experienced any real negative side effects. Sore arm for a couple and then just being weak/sleepy for few days at most for the rest.

I think the bad vaccine outcome overlaps with other underlying health issues people taking it already have (people i know range from 20 to 75 in age but in generally good health).
