i agree with Dux, and would like to add that the stretched woodtexture of those wooden boxes (furniture?) dont add to the perception of the scaling

well, for the purpose of showcasing rimlighting on your level it seems sufficient imo but shoot me if there aren't better alternatives
also, since ill own a creditcard in a few days i'd also buy your game when it comes out! this looks like true fun!

well.. for me this raises quite a few technical questions, like
- how would the adds be implemented?
- to what extend would the community have control and how would that be implemented and delegated?
- how would you see this materialized, as in; how would the initiative phase go about?
anyway.. not to go into details too deep, i like the idea very much but i doubt it would work since its semi-commercial but nonprofessional and in my eyes too much relieable of a good, capeable and supporting community.

the more i read the more anxious i get to play the game :-|

cool to see someone actually having read it

anyway, i dont think the editor of the article meant everything he wrote, or made things up. he is mostly laying gamefacts and psychological theories next to each other, linking the two. i dont agree on some things he/she wrote either, but i think its pretty cool the article describes games thru the psychological glasses
true or not, it makes you thinklike.. leveldesign and the use of colors, linked to what psychology puts behind out interpretation of colors. its..
ah well..
interesting

not rearry
ive been through most of the mentioned stuff last schoolyear and the fun for me is that i recognise alot of things said. you can doubt the thruth behind the theory but you cant really say that theres put too much thought in it imo
