    THIS game is a sequel to the first game, a game that was powered by the Quake III engine originally...

    Do we get it now? I didn't know that the new game is Unreal powered but I knew the old one was ID Tech 3.

    JESUS.

    Thanks to d3 being well bad at English I read his first post as Alice 2 being on Quake 3. Was like what. Or is it? I'm confused.

    I bought the original game years ago and still haven't to this day actually played it! For those of you out of the know, this is the sequel to the first American Mcgee's Alice, a third person adult twist on the Alice In Wonderland tale powered by the Quake III engine;

    The film was pretty damn good, but it's waaaay over-hyped, no way is it film of the century/decade and whatever else people are saying about it. I enjoyed Avatar's cinematic experience far more (another overrated film as well, but visually stunning none-the-less.

    Well I try not to think like this too much really. I fear death before my time, that is when I'm young before I've done the stuff I "should" be doing like buying a house, getting married, having kids etc. I fear being killed by a gang or randomly stabbed by a stranger for no reason.. thankfully instances like that aren't so common.

    Most of you probably know this already, but just in case. cgtextures now celebrates it's 50,000th texture upload by doubling the free download quota to 30mb! There's also a lot of interesting info in the news post including how all the aerial photography was achieved;

    Ok I watched it, it's what you would expect.. dialogue which mostly consists of "What the fuck is going on?" or "Shut the fuck up".. the standard predators are joined by some kind of bigger super predators which look like the smaller ones but with dark skin and different coloured eyes.. they're having some kind of fued.. which is never explained. Nor is why the Hell everyone dumped on the Jungle are mercenaries/gangsters except for one lone doctor.. well it is kinda explained but it's terribly executed. Laurence Fishburne

    doesn't last very long

    and all the leads are two dimensional and generic as they come (American special forces guy acting like he knows it all better than anyone, Yakuza sword fighting, Honourable Russian Spetsnaz bumbling about shouting a lot with his homage to "Ol Painless".) Considerable lack of any of the original Predator sound effects as well...

    Not great but not terrible either... at least better than AVP Requiem.

    When you're finished reading this crap, go watch this:

    viewtopic.php?f=20&t=14726&p=269277#p269277

    It's better than Predators or the AVP films by miles.

    You need to have at least one console man, I'd recommend PS3 as that's the one with the most platform exclusives...

    You need to play the full version, the demo tech was improved a lot as it was full of technical hiccups like you mentioned...
