Out on Friday!Despite the uniform issues and the absolutely shite lawmaster design, I'm looking forward to this especially since I realised that the film is an 18 due to being extremely violent... finally Dredd's mature gritty atmosphere is realised!
Check out one of the first reviews...

QuoteBe in no doubt, Dredd earns its 18 certificate – it’s brutally violent
BRING IT ON!

Mind. Blown... didn't expect this!

I was dragged to watch the new this against my will, it wasn't actually that bad, the visual elements were extremely well done and Kate Beckinsale is always watchable. Storyline is better in the original though, the whole chemical war leaving only Britain and Australia habitable was a wee bit silly. No crazy android/mutant taxi-drivers either...

Yeah you can't see everything in one go, you gotta pause and rewind sometimes, one of the signs in the hospital says "Pause Button OCD Unit"

The Descent - Bloody brilliant.

Those are awesome!

I'm loving the flying plastic bags
.I liked that too

Since that's alpha, I'm guessing you still have to detail some areas of the map? There were a lot of flat looking corridors and blocky brushwork (like the angled hole in the floor) which are very distracting considering the original Insurgency maps were very detailed. Looks pretty cool so far though, now post some Chechnya media so I can tell you how everything's wrong

Nah, it's 6 episodes. They wanted to do a second series but the ratings weren't good enough... shame.

Garth Marenghi's Darkplace - The greatest tv show ever made. ever.
QuoteGarth Marenghi's Darkplace is a British dark comedy show made for Channel 4 by Matthew Holness and Richard Ayoade. Following on from Garth Marenghi's Netherhead, which won the 2001 Perrier Awards, the show revolves around fictional horror author Garth Marenghi (played by Holness) and his publisher Dean Learner (played by Ayoade).Darkplace is presented as a lost classic: a television series produced in the 1980s, though never broadcast at the time. The presentation features commentary from many of the "original" cast, where characters such as "Marenghi" and "Learner" reflect on making the show. Darkplace parodies numerous aspects of '80s low-budget television, including fashion, special effects, production gaffs, and music, as well as the widespread practice of including commentary tracks on DVD releases of old films and television shows.

There's likely to be duplicates in those links, as the photos are all mixed. Some fantastic photos in that lot.

Antichrist;
Wow... that was a very "different" film. For all it's controversy, the "bad" scenes aren't all that much apart from the genital mutilation. Great cinematography, I loved the dark scenes and the power of suggestion. Not one to watch with your mates over a beer though... lol.

I'll post some random links for now, you might have seen these already but here they are anyway...
