street fighter x tekken kinda makes me just want to go play ssiv again. I wasn't really sure I was gonna pick it up but who am I kidding. I don't understand why the gem system exists, I mean I do, but why did it get approved. Also thanks for making chun's specials quarter circle capcom. I know why you did but fuck you all the same.

finished infamouse 2 ! ... why did they have to switch the voice actor and
... why are half the sound fx missing and
... why is the music only playing 1 of ( of presumably 5 ish ?! channels )
good game ruined by everything sound !

6/10
Aside from the basic mechanics of shooting, running, and jumping there's almost nothing good about it. Probably the most abhorrent set of characters I can remember. Boils down to an unlikeable asshole simulator. Why did I finish that game.

I don't see anything wrong with the lighting in the first two screenshots.

They're all bad ideas anyway. I mean there's not really any good facebook games lets stop kidding ourselves. It's all sludge for people with way too much time and money and no discerning taste whatsoever.

Concerning Source Code though:
I think it was just before zooming out on the kiss in bullet time, where he pays russel peters to do stand up to make people laugh and just typing that description makes me cringe, was the starting point of the shitty ending for me. I liked him going back in for the hell of it, because I had it in my head that he just wanted to save the people because he could and because he had spent enough time with them or whatever and he was going to be terminated after so why not just go out knowing you did some heroic shit.
But I guess it's because a chopper pilot knows quantum physics better than the dude on the crutch who made source code to begin with.

Source code
This was really good then the last 10 minutes happened and undid everything that was good about it. The life affirming ending is just too much, the world's an objectively shitty place, so the movie is factually wrong. And any movie that uses russel peters stand up as an example of why people are worth saving and life is worth living is an evil fucking movie.
9/10 if the last 10 minutes were deleted.
I've never so enjoyed watching a movie and then turned out to not like it right after.
And again, fuck russel peters.

Yeah I'm just playing alone, seems everyone's just picking their favorite carry.

Finished Uncharted 3. I don't get what happened at the end and the more I think about it the more it makes less sense. Also it was basically

. Without

Oh well.

That decision to make more profit without giving a cut to valve?

The new old maps took awhile to click, it's interesting to have them side by side with the shipped levels, pretty big difference. Took me at least a solid week to get used to all the sightlines and little crevices and pockets and angles from all the enterable buildings, even though I knew the general layouts. The retail levels must have made me a big soft piece of shit in no time. Though, when you compare something like Karkand to Bazzar it's like the difference between a Dust2 and Ice World in complexity, so it sort of makes sense.

I recall being shot by a rapefrog a couple nights ago. Probably just a popular name.

Platinum games deserves better.

I want to get back to it but after the tutorial bit I was pretty overwhelmed by everything. The gadget/abilities screen alone made me want to turn it off. And I'm pretty sick and tired of games with giant maps with little icons all over it for me to go and clear off. It pretty much kills whatever exploration I may have done on my own because more than telling me where the cool shit is, it's telling me where there isn't any cool shit, so don't go over there, where we didn't design anything, go here. Turning your game into a big task list kind of puts a damper on things.
