The trick of the piece of paper won't work in ins, because like operation flashpoint or redorchestra you aim with the elbow movements, so your line of fire won't be stuck in the center of the screen. 
Mh and about the game difficulty, being a red orchestra player in a server full of counter strike players could be metaphored as being a wolf in a herd of sheeps.

Not so long ago, i thought that the character of John Mullins in SOF1/2 was a sortof humouristic reference to Chuck Norris, and it really made me laught playing the two games.
