Actualy i am guilty that i did this failure but in my opinion the video was too harmless to be a valid reason for a immediate firing. A warning would have done the job because im smart enough to learn my lessons.

I'm glad we got labour laws in germany. I hope they will save my ass. From now on the video is only for my advocate and the court (if necessary).

Sad, weird and kinda funny story...

Today i lost my job because of a trash video that i made at my workplace in the town hall. It was a little weird video but it was harmless and didnt showed much. Some people here may have seen it.

One of the PR guys from my town must have found it (there was a video with sights of my town in the same youtube account) and showed it the town mayor, who today personaly kicked me :roll:

They said i have seriously harmed the reputation of my town. What a joke! I love my town... Now im even prohibited to enter the town hall and will not get any money from the work agency within next three months.

I plan to go to court with that. I made a mistake, yes. But no reason to fire me from one day to the next. :roll:

For a beginner DSLR i suggest a used Olympus e-10, e-20 or higher (depends on your budget). They are usualy a few hundret bucks cheaper then comparable canon slr cams but image quality is close to them.

1. Youtube I LOVE it. It gets better and better every day. Only thing i miss is p0rn.

2. Wikipedia I so often use it each day. It knows nearly everything and the information in it is usualy more worth then stuff you find on a random google page about the theme.

3. maps.google Satelite pictures of half the world. It's awesome. On the one hand it makes you feel like an ant. On the other hand you see how relatively small the world is. It's kinda depressing tho to see how much impact humans have on the surface of the planet.

4. Internet Radios Whats the point in listening to the same CD's or mp3's again and again when there is a whole world full of new and quality music each day?

People often think i choosed my nick after the band but thats wrong. It's named after a (at least in germany) very popular book.

Outside the modding community my nick has meanwhile evolved to Flow Neppets (steppenwolf backwards) since too many people use steppenwolf as their nick.
