HEHE! I got the letter too, and it said something like place in line - didn't get invite to entrance examination, nice way for EVTEK to turn the knife in the wound

But I'm sorry you didn't get in, and I guess we we'll be both trying in next year too, so make sure to practice hard since I sure will be.

Kosmo i never started an argument. I told my opinion and my experience then other people laughed at it and told me that i talk shit. That annoys me and its hard for me to shut up in such a situation.

I didn't accuse you of starting an argument, I just pointed out that you should not even go there, let him think he is right, what if he thinks he is right even tho he has not first hand experience about what he is saying, he has just proven that he is more full of shit than he accuses you being.

But this is exactly the kind of bullshit the developers have been pulling in the past already, ooh look at all the awesome coolness that is all leet like. Doom3 it was first demonstrated with Geforce 3 cards, and used alot of techniques built on it's technology, and now four card generations later, I have seen some tests with GF 7800 GTX, Athlon64 FX-55 and 2gigs of RAM and it runs the game very smoothly at HQ 4xAA 8xAF 12x10 resolution, so you can bet your skinny ass that UE3 will run smoothly when we advance next three or four generations of GPUs and few generations of CPUs.

But, I'm very pleased to see that engines are actually now delivering what they promised us that the shaders would be able to do THREE YEARS AGO, and sine my new CPU and GF 7800 GTX will be arriving tomorrow, I'm not complaining.

and i'm in philosophic, religious, scientific discussions for years. I know all the arguments of people who believe in this and that.

Then you should be experienced enought not to start and argument but take opinions and see them from the both points of view, I do not believe in inetlligence that only supports one theory or point of view, since there is no intelligence in that, truely a person who beliefs in wisdom and intelligence should be able to put aside his feelings and personal agenda and see the benefits of both worlds. That is why neither, religious fanatics nor believers in absolute scientific truth can never win. But those who thrive in the middle of it are the ones who can balance the power between these two parties and make it their advantage.

Religion is the work of active imagination, jesus and god are both fictional characters, but as all imaginative friends and "safe places" of the human mind, they serve a purpose, like I stated in my earlier post, the real god, the actual powerfull being and the god in religion are two completely separate entities, even if we did proof that god didn't exists and the planet was created by some alien overlords to harvest people as slaves when the race was "ripe" we'd still have religion, religion to comfort that everything is going to be allright and even if your life is piece of crap as a slave for these supposed alien overlords, after we die we go to heaven instead of rot in ground.

It is in human nature to seek for immortality through things like this, and shield ourselfs from things we can not comprehend. Religion and god has absolutely nothing to do with science, nor does science has absolutely nothing to do with god, they are both completely separate entities and they can not touch each other, the reason why some people mix these things is because just like believing that you go to heaven when you die instead rot in the ground is that it is easier to swallow, and the answer keeps us relatively happy, no hard to understand scientific facts nor formulas, just plain easy "truth", "it is because god has just made it so", doesn't it sound so tempting to believe an easy answer like that, no math nor chemistry, just few words and poof, everything is just so much easier.

Well it can actually be true, since Sierra is still here, as a name anyway, so why wouldn't Interplay stay as a name for some bigger publishers brands? It had a very good run, atleast better than that crappy Atari aka. Infogrames.

Gamespot tells us that Tomb Raider and Hitman both pushed back to 2006, are we finally seeing the effects of SCi buying Eidos? The push is not said to be because of financial background but of concerns to "maximize their hit potential."

I'm pretty sure that SCi is bit worried about Tomb Raider since the last Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness sucked ass, and by god it sucked it hard. I hope SCi didn't jump water too deep.

Yay, future HL2 buyers have to wait for 35minutes everytime they start HL2 for that FUCKING EA logo to stop boasting, I was just wondering, was it EA that gave Valve the money hats or was it Valve who gave EA something, like perhaps the right to publish games through Steam, hmm

Either way, you don't trust rapist even if he gives you a wad of dollars, he is still going to fuck you in the ass, nuff said.

I'm not much of an environmentalist, I used to be one tho, and that something left inside me can't keep his peace. I just want to give you this, to make you realize how fucked up is our world perspective in so called modern countries, where only thing so modern is our pride over things non-existent.

Imagine if we were all born with an xtc pill inside our brain, our reality would be totally different and science completely transformed

And how do you know that supposed situation is not occuring right now? What if everything we think is real is just a twisted view of real world because some sort of experiment humans did tens of thousands of years ago, maybe the so called tripping is the perseption of the real world where we are originally from.

If i have learned one thing from experiments with psychedelic drugs then this is that science trys to explain only the surface of that what we call reality And there is so much more under this surface WOOOOAHHHHHH

I don't know how much of gathered data can be used since most of it is smudged by munchies and we ran out of color pencils, but I'd say that this study shows the importance of banking on the world view by Carebears and Ducktales.

But yeah, I have my doubts wheter Bethesda can pull off a good Fallout game, and this probably wont make me less concerned

Of a company that actually did something awesome companies like Troika couldn't? Reacreate the sheer exitement on roleplaying and institute the coolness back to games usually categorized with SSI strategygames and Heroquest?
