    This was in the news today. I have never seen it before. But according to google its a pretty old clip. But since i missed it maybe some one else did aswell. There are no body falling or other strong content but its pretty emotionell either way. Its from a perspective i hadn't seen before.

  • DE_Museum coming to Source!

    Omg! Hello Theropod! I loved the first version of de_museum. Had my best moment in it too, Like when i a guy was camping in the vent above and he evedently didnt know you could jump into the vent from the other side and i knifed him from behind, he was so scarred One of the best maps i ever waypointed! GL making it source and maybe now i get a star observation room?

    JonM those pieces are cool enough and i like abstract art like that. But when speaking of 3d apps and modelling aint that kind of random? It looks like they just tok a object and put some random modifiers on it like spacewarp and twist and such. I could be wrong though but thats what it looks like.

    Aha now i know why you needed it converted Btw i saw the clip but i dont remember if there was a slowmo in it. But wouldn that be like cool to have in the project? Maybe slowmo with some tracking even? You know when theres several of one object following like a tail and fades away as it progress forward.

    Ok let's shed some light on all this shall we? And stop trolling for the trollings sake. There's no where Killertomato states that they should be some nazi's. It's not even to be understoud that he means that anywhere either.

    What i see him saying is that he thinks they are doing a bad call to lock out the rest of the world to getting hel/ideas from to their mod, aswell as getting them interested in playing it. Allthough i am a bit puzzled by the "Where does this reminds of?" but since i dont acyually knows what Killertomato means by that i would never assume anything. What it all boils down to is communication and the ability to communicate, which most of you evedently failed at. Communication isn't only to say what's on your mind or state your opinion, it's also to be able to understand/read some one that might not be able to use the right words at all times (and i dont mean just language barrier as in the languages we use to speak but even if we speak the same language some times people have difficulties to express them self). And of course to listen and/or talking/typing in a way that you can reach the one you are adressing, which also mean you have to learn how to read people, learn to understand them individually.

    When all that is said heres a scoop on English/French/German. It's an ancient truth that these three has allways being combating about being the global language for communication. I guess its coming from way back when these three contries was out colonizing the world. One to two generations back it is true they refused to talk english (french and germans that is) because they thought their language where the universal one. Now this might not be true anymore¨with younger generations, that as you all have said learns english in school these days, aswell as the new generation understand more then their parents/grandparents that being able to communicate globaly is way more importent than fighting over which should be the universal language. STILL many germans and french have problems communicate in englsih. I have seen this to many times to ever believe anything else. Now of course a community as mapcore there is amny germans and some french aswell and you say hey they talk/type good in english, well yes of course, they came here, they had an interest to learn english so they could read the tutorials and faq's, and other importent to them in their work of development, information. So theres nothing wierd at all that they are good in english at this site. But start to join German sites or french ones and even swedish such and theres a whole other story. And now i have ranted way to much then intended so i just cut here

    Im not suprised really. In all my time here on earth the germans (and actually the french) have been the same. If you go to germany or french you hardly get by if you talk english. Sure there are some few, that understand that rest of the world, xept for some french and german colonies in africa, talks english when they are out travelling. In Sweden we have to learn english, its of importens to be able to communicate with the rest of the world. We can choose French or German aswell later on in school, But thats much later on. You could almost walk into a kindergarden here in sweden and make you undertoud with english. When all this is said i also understand them somewhat. I haven't been browsing the site but as i understand it from one of the posts they have both english and german sections. I am in a communtiy called Warzone, their whole site is mainly in Swedish and some that are importent like bans and stuff are in both languages (swedish/english) and ppl mostly write in swedish, unless there is someone that starts a thread in english, then we respect that and reply/answer in english. For last, i agree with seir: Just fuck that and be happy that you can communicate with us If they want to be dicks about it just gthoot! If they want to spread their mod to like 0.3 % of the worlds population let them. To bad if it is a good mod but hey theres more importent stuff in the world to waste gun powder on.

    Cool list. I just gave it a quick eye couse im at work. Ill look clooser when i get home. Allthough i have one thing against this. Its only North America, i have followed the Swedish lists but what i really want is a world list. That would be neat. Thx for the link!
