I didn't read the thread, just looked at the pictures and this sooooo reminds me of the Grand Bazaar map for bf3. Nice work.

Yeah I getcha. I don't revel in anyone's misfortunes or anything of the such, but I let myself saviour it just this once. She treated me like crap and thought she found another "amazing" guy after me, then rubbed it in my face and it bit her on the ass.
Not revenge, definitely punishment.

That does look pretty fucking cool actually haha. How many games are there where you can leave visible deep terrain deformation imprints™ like that? And if there's multiplayer, fuck yeh.

Just thought I'd check in and say that I have had an amazing several weeks. Everything just suddenly improved for no reason and I've been feeling pretty good. I hope it lasts for a bit

The cherry on the cake was finding out that my dumbass ex is incredibly unhappy

/EDIT - just to clarify I'm not a hateful person or anything, just nice to see karma at work.

SSD is the best thing you can spend your money on, I joke not. Everything is faster.
And as for the overlclocking, yes it still matters. Of course it depends on what you're doing with your computer. I'm playing games on maximum settings and then some. Running lots of programs together and just generally getting the most out of my PC. That's why I buy AMD as I can just buy a lower end chip and turn it up to one of the higher tier ones for half the price.

Well that was a decade ago. I can't really list everything so I'll just boil it down to that these are the best cores they've done since the Athlon 64's (Which were awesome.) Like it said in the review I linked, majority of benchmarks for AMD have been bullshit. My mate got a bulldozer which were slated right off of the face of the earth for being shit: he clocked it to 5.5 giggity hurtz with a regular antec620 and it blew everything he threw at it out of the water. AMD are fantastic for overclocking. My piledriver (8350 black edition) is sitting happily at 4.3 at the moment, I've had it up to 4.5 but my motherboard is being bit of a bitch and I can't go higher at the moment.

Pre workout drinks can kinda give you the shits depending on what's in them.

I've been saying this on here until I've gotten blue in the face. Amd's Piledriver/FX series is beastly and no they don't generate loads of heat.

finished it over a week ago and have been uhming and ahhing over it. My experience was:
Pros:
- Lovely environments, everything felt unique and well crafted.
- A nice variety of gameplay.
- Good pacing.
- Excellent voice acting, this really helped make me give a shit about B.J, Anya and all of the characters. MAX HASS!
- Surprisingly good story, this isn't something you really associate with Wolfenstein so it came as a surprise along with the voice acting and dialogue.
- I felt instances of Half-Life 2 and Deus ex when coming back to your Resistance hideout, that was really fun to come back and explore each time. Plus the little exploration missions as well I thought were excellent excellent excellent.
- The intro mission leading up to meeting Deathshead, that was pretty sweet.
- I felt like the god damn Terminator and I loved it. Was great to get that old school power trip again and not having to hide behind cover and suck my thumb until all my health regenerates.
- Throwing knives over long distances only to have them arc and land in an unfortunate nazis balls is always fun.
- The secrets were good fun and a challenge to actually find. One of them took me over 15 minutes to work out. Derp.
- I played the fergus timeline and I loved that they gave him subtitles haha. Buncha baw bags. Even though he's amazed you're still alive when you rescue him, It was really sad to see how the his guilt at being chosen over wyatt has really played a number on him.
- I liked the perks system.
- I'm on the motherfucking moon.
- DUAL WIELDING BABY!
- The train section was marvellous I loved it. I do wish the game could of had more parts like that instead of relying on cutscenes as much (Even though they were good cutscenes, I usually hate them, so hats off to machine for that).
Cons:
- Apparently you're 49 by 1960. You do not look 49. I am still of the opinion that B.J is some sort of genetic super soldier.
- The story got a bit too much by the 3rd half of the game for me and I didn't particularly enjoy the ending. But each to his own! BUBBBIIIIIIII! Take it motherfucker!
- The moonwalking section was painfully short, I'd of loved it to go on for a bit longer.
- Very easy and then incredibly annoying in it's difficulty. I played it on very hard.
- You can still tell this was a console priority first, PC port second. Even though the guys have done a great job, the graphics menu leaves so much to be desired. I ended up enabling the console to turn on AA and AF (makes a HUGE difference, so much crisper)
- The cutscenes literally did cut at times and it felt very jarring. One moment you're watching B.J slicing skin off of his arm and reminiscing about the death camp next second it abruptly ends and dumps you back into FPS mode. Really could of used a moments pause to transition.
- Everyone has said it, and I agree with them. The controls were fiddly to say the best. The first section of the game on the beach in the crashed plane took me 3 attempts to realise you had to slide under that stupid robodog. I rarely ever used it after that. When I did it was only for running away behind cover.
- The Deathshead enemies weren't... Wolfenstein enough for me. They were good don't get me wrong. But RTCW still holds the trophy in that department for me.
I'm glad sprony convinced me to get this, now I don't have to steal his game collection as payment.
And I can admit I was wrong in my earlier claims of it looking bad. But then again, those were kinda the early e3 footage videos and not the cooler shit we got later. (attempting to dig my way out of my earlier hole) -
If you want performance for money go for an AMD cpu. But if you have cash to burn and don't really mind the bang for buck thing, go intel.

Uplay is a pile of ballsacks. Tried to redeem my free game voucher (Ass Creed black flag) through it and I gave up in the end because of how shit the service was.
