Reading that it doesn't seem very legit to me. Only time will tell.

It's ancient and clunky.
Unreal and Radiant are from the future and Hammer is from the past.

Magnar used to talk to me a lot on MSN. Not anymore now that he's a drunk and drug abuser.

Only a 3 day gap between this and them releasing it anyway. What's the point. If it was 3 weeks I'd get it a bit more.

My old city map

Making maps all day takes away my remaining desire to make my own stuff now.

Very nice. I feel that the contrast is a bit too much though, but I guess it's all personal preference. I just prefer the softer smooth look the concept art has.

What does that have to do with consoles?? It's just an effect of someone writing such an AWESOME sequence of events in the story.txt file that it's impossible for the player to successfully perform it, therefore the best decision is to make the game take control so the player is sure to fully appreciate the amount of explosives and smoke particles on the screen. It's not a console problem, just a bad design decision
fucking consoles!!

I disliked each and every one of those sequences. Why do game designers find them necessary to include in a game? It takes control away from you but still expects you to pay attention and do something. That completely defeats the point. I remember saying to myself on the bridge section: Why do I have to watch this silly sequence? Why couldn't I have been in control the whole time running through a collapsing bridge? Fucking consoles.

I liked F1 back then when it was actually fun to watch. Shit now.

yeah but then look at all the hacking and shit, it takes like 5 seconds to "hack" a turret, and longer to set it up (that welding torch looks so pointless) and .. my god all the canned aniamtions for doing things just take forever.now look at tf2, where the spy can just run past and slap down a sapper, or capping intel and shit is done so quickly. it just seems to me that they have a lot of things that don't seem like they are needed, and yet you have to stand there holding a button watching a bar fill up, and the rest of the game is flowing past you at speed, yet there you are standing still watching boring naimations play over and over again.
know what i am saying?
Spies are for faggots and engineers are noobs who cant aim so hide behind their shit turrets. I don't care about looks an animations; I want some fluid fun action! I play a 9 year old game competitively still.
Notice how I'm putting all my hope and desire into this game rick! Don't ruin my dreaaammmssss I am starved of a good multiplayer online game. Tf2 is shit and bfbc2 is full noobs who keep banning me for hacking.
