The game is more amazing every time I see it. If you are to frame-by-frame through the new extended trailer, you can see tons of awesome details in the characters and in the environments. It's rare to come across a game with this much love put into it.

That could be one of the worst top 10 lists ever. They even state they are only going to use games with little exposure in their criteria, but most of the games on that list have been in the spotlight for a long time.

Great movie, such emotion from a character that can't even speak. There are tons of hilarious moments. It definitely has one of the most mature and dark settings though.

Trivia: Eeee-va is voiced by one of the "Mia & Tia" twins from Cars.

Awesome, used to play some kind of Trials flash game a bit back in the day. This would totally rock on XBlive with the leaderboards. Maybe I will give this a go one day. Thanks for the heads up.

I'm not going to jump to conclusions on a horrible shaky cam video. Could have been amazing, or could have been the worst thing ever. Still exciting to see it.

Played the 360 demo and loved it. Great visuals and sound, a very welcome arcade feeling driving style. I want to pick it up soon even though I probably won't get to playing it for several months.

Having beaten the campaign, I really only have two complaints.. maybe two and a half.

    1) The cover system will often force you to look at something you don't want to look at, and it seems you have to fight it for a while to go after your intended target. I turned off auto-aim pretty early, maybe it's less of an issue with auto-aim turned on. I still feel it could have used a few more weeks of tuning.

    2) The Euphoria animation system looks great most of the time, but there will be times where you crash or get hit by a car on a mission, and the game is taking forever trying to make the animations look smooth, while you're screaming at the game to go faster. This happened to me a few times even trying to carjack someone with a gun, and he took so long the guy got away. On the final mission

where you have to get on the motorcycle to chase whats-his-face, it took FOREVER to get on the motorcycle.

That was a handful of mission fails right there, nothing I could do about it.

2.5) That leads to my half-point, of the mission checkpoint system often does not always have progressive stages or consistent behavior. Sometimes it will have two or three checkpoint locations, other times it won't- forcing you to do the tedious driving missions over. Other times it will be inconsistent where you have a chance to stop by the weapons store on the way and get armor, other times it will take you right to the mission. If you try to leave and get armor, the mission will fail, and you will lose the checkpoint.

Overall, still an amazing game. Not a 10/10, maybe 9.0 - 9.5, every game has bugs, but the scope and quality of the game really makes up for the minor errors.

+I want to say I liked the soft HDR lighting and the clean shots

+Warehouse is back. Probably one of the most memorable movie scenes ever.

+The magnetism stuff made me grin.. even if it was not always consistent

+The nuclear test village was cool, you knew what was up the second he knocked on the door

+The ants were fucking awesome, even if ridiculous. Crazy FX.

+lol @ boarding the car from a bike and then back to the bike

+Even though I hate what's-his-dick (the kid), his character was fairly consistent

+Most of the FX were pretty killer

+Pretty insane choreography in the jeep scene

    -Not enough whipping

-Movie lasted about two minutes of "Any ordinary guy can do these stunts and keep going"

    -What's-his-dick threw a snake

-The skull looked very lightweight and fake in many scenes

-Retarded ninja tribesmen at the crystal cave

-One too many obvious connections that are still force ably explained, "Looks like you brought a knife... *draws gun* ... to a gun fight"

    -The refrigerator... fucking stupid.

    -Tarzan vines CG monkeys

    -Three impossible waterfalls

    -Too much alien shit

-Mac was a turncoat it seemed several times, but Indy seemed to just say, "LOL, WHO CARES!"

    Display More

Overall, if you were to judge it as just an early summer movie, pretty damn awesome. But as the fourth Indy movie... way too crazy.

Only skimmed, but to his credit, he never said he had an amazing portfolio. You guys just jumped on and started talking shit probably without reading anything. To the other side's credit, there are a few places that give people in his position a chance to get going as interns of contractors (Gearbox), but still you've got to meet a certain bar of quality.

Yeah, unfortunately I made the same mistake, but at least I think I got the game for around $20. I also regret getting Super Monkey Ball on the Wii on launch day.. argh what a pile of garbage. Played that for a total of 10 minutes before I sold it. Same story with Mario Party 8.
