Was quite good, some really fucking pantomime moments that detract a great deal - especially Vader's reaction at the end. Shame about most of the acting and the dialogue though, it really is terrible.

Going to see it tomorrow, I'll let you know.

I don't buy that for a second, Zacker. The E3 Quake 4 stuff has been a pleasant suprise to me; large-scale exterior battles, a brutal twist in the narrative, a focus on action rather than Doom 3's scaremongering.
It adds up to promise a delightful blend of Quake 2 style singleplayer and Quake 3 style multiplayer.

I'd show her my rod. Err, mod. Mod, yes.

Is that Iguana mating with a golf club cover? Naughty.

I'll have all three, eventually, but my heart always goes out to the PC.

Indeed, pretty fucking sly to show pre-rendered hyperbole, but oh well. It's still a nice piece of CG, and if the final product's visuals are remotely near that then it'll be ace.
Oh, unless Killzone 2 is as average as Killzone 1.

BiA 2 in Holland, eh? Makes sense to me.
Lovely pics.

Really good concept, and that screenshot is refreshingly different from standard Doom 3 fare.
Hope it works out.

CONSPIRACY: Xbox 360 = Nintendo Revolution. DO YOU SEE?

The new video looked nice, KFS. Very Mechwarrior by means of War of the Worlds. Giant Strogg spiders...

Hmm, I was hoping there might have been more game footage on the MTV thing, I guess there wasn't then
I agree PD0 looks pretty crappy, Tomb Raider Legends looks pretty cool when I saw it yesterday but I thought it was for Xbox, not the 360, and Kameo also looks like it belongs on the current generation. Call of Duty 2 looks good but then its not exclusive. PGR3 is where its at for me, but I haven't seen any media for that yet so Tequila, and links are appreciated
Enjoy, amigo.

Best of luck, champ.

Indeed, this will be really fucking special if they take advantage of the streaming technology to have huge battles.
-
Yeah, no point watching it since the internet has literally EXPLODED in 360 mania.
I'll just note this: Perfect Dark 0 looks a bit shit, Project Gotham Racing 3 looks a bit I JUST CREAMED BY JEANS.
That is all.

He sounds a bit overly frustrated but deep down he has a point, about where games are going, about updates of graphics and about if this is good for games or not.By the way, Friechamp, there's some answers in wattah's link:
-The discount for the UE3 engine is nice but for some companies even a 90% discount will still not get them anymore.
-The other guys at the dev of RealityEngine will keep on working on it.
Yeah, but his arguement falls flat on its face when he starts generalising that all gamers (inlcuding us, obv.) don't have a clue basically about what makes a good game, only being interested in graphics. Which is complete and utter bullshit.

It just shows how specialised some facets of the industry are becoming. A solution purely focused on trees and foliage; a few years back the concept couldn't even be fathomed.
